There is some query regarding play off. Harshkiller who is top from his league [ league = 3. Division NFL.16 ]but not get promoted or geting any playoff match still now. can anyone explain this reason.

Harshkiller is amongst the 4 best champions of the 3. Division, he is directly promoted to 2. Division !!
