Subject: NFL Season 18

The new season is just about to begin. As per wining It is expected that First 4 Team of NFL will go to win the League. Main competition is among them. I see that Arunava took plus connection so we can expect a better show from him. My target is just come as 7th team of the League. But we can say as per average marks of the all 8 team is relay increased. Now this season if any team is playing his 2nd team in league against 1st team of smaller team I think result is going to be the different. So when last 2 match of cup is going on, there is an outside chance of wining against big ones. So this season is only for surviving for me. Lets hope every plan of every one is goes as per there strategies. All in NFL are real active user this season. So hope a good competitive show....

we have 139 user. real user 10 to 12. Have better knowledge in sokker 6 to 8. I am still trying to active some user. Some Team mail me. now the real problem is most of the junior team open junior school they have no income from it but lot of expenditure. Some of them are in condition of Insolvent or in a poor condition. I will disuse their problem without their name. I just need some assistance from other team in NFL to comment or give suggestion in this forum. Because when I send some strategies to them, they think it is wrong. If every one is involved then they have to think twice about it. let just try it. We can expect some day we have more than 139 real active user.

I said to a junior team to sell his low skill money sucking old player or sack them. But he still continuing with them. I suggest to purchase 16-17-18 year old 22 player and train them pace for one season. After that he can know which players are good in talent. Among them more players who have sufficient skill in def or strick or mid it is easy to go for def training or in striking or in mid. and sell untalented players. After 2 season selling of talented player should give them good money. Then the same process with good skill player continued by them for another season. I think that will give them money knowledge and good position in the league. Within this time span they know the process of making a good team. I need comment on this strategies because the junior team's manager is watching. If some one have better one than this please share.

Coach problem

There is two coach of a junior team

MAIN COACH
Training effectiveness:
adequate of stamina good of keeper
solid of pace formidable of defender
adequate of technique solid of playmaker
good of passing brilliant of striker

JUNIOR COACH (very good coach)
Training effectiveness:
very good of stamina solid of keeper
very good of pace solid of defender
excellent of technique very good of playmaker
average of passing good of striker

I said to him to go for a main coach like it

and sack his main coach and go for pace training. Now I don't know He changes his coach or not but he is arguing with me that his main coach is suitable for him.( I don't know what kind of training can give by his coach ). can any one suggest I am true or not. If I am not true give opinion.

For a newbie, I don't see the use of having a jr. school.
To have a jr. school which gives u players of a good value, u need to have a good jr. coach which is unnecessary and expensive at this stage.
Instead concentrate on developing a good starting 11 that can win u matches regularly.

I think the best strategy for a newbie is to sell players that are useless otherwise sack them. Don't know whether he should sell his low skilled money sucking old player coz it depends on that player and the rest of his team and the league he's in. If this manager wants to get in touch with me he's free to do so coz I can't make a decision until I know other details. What is also important is that he sets his tactics according to his players' skills.
1st he should concentrate on getting a good striker,2 good defenders and 1 good mid along with a good GK. In the lower leagues this can help alot.
Yes I agree that he should train Pace. Any players he buys should be stronger in Def or Striking and weaker in pace. As he trains pace, the players will improve and this way he'll get them cheaper. He doesn't have to buy 16-18 yr olds only. If the player is even 24 at the start of the next season it should be fine although the older they are their skills will be higher and they will be more expensive. Also stagger the ages of the players you buy. If they're all in the same age group, they'll all grow old at the same time and you might have trouble later. It might not be a bad idea to check out the 30+ players on sale coz they usually are high in skill and since most people don't want old players u might find them going cheap and they can give u atleast 2-3 good seasons.

Your post is a little confusing.

Like I said earlier there's no need for a jr. school so sack the jr. coach. If u insist on a jr. coach u need one whose general rating is atleast incredible.
The main coach, at this stage, I think should be atleast incredible in the skill u want to train. Also I suggest u have 2 assistant coaches who are atleast incredible in other skills that u might train later on so that u can interchange them with ur main coach as u change training. At this stage, it's best to train Pace, Technique and Def/Striker. Again I must stress this changes from team to team and I can't give u clear picture without seeing the team.

I must also add that I'm not too strong on this subject. I think the best person to help u out would be De Generaal.

now junior team who is open junior school they are facing insolvency. A team whose A/c balance is negative for them an asst coach is luxury. Old player means more wages so more exp. Junior Player means less wages and less expenses. One year with 22 junior player. If they have at least 7 to 8 talented player keeping them and selling others. Now think about the condition a junior player 17 year of age with week pace and adq / good def or striking can be purchased in Rs 13. After one season in worst case there pace can go to good/solid. So a good/solid pace, good def or strike in 18 year how much can fetch. I think more than a 30+ year old which have purchase today in 3 to 4 lack. Team condition in 2nd div is so poor only (iv)div is good but other than that only 1 or 2 team is good in other league. So I think if they play with junior the result is not so bad for them and trained the talented player with 4 to 5 season then they will became very good team.

Yes that is also a good point, that's why I said it depends from team to team.
At that stage and against those opponents, he might even be able to do well with just 18 players i.e. 1 extra GK, 2 extra DEF & MID each and 1 extra striker.

there is a strategy of a newbie team,

1)sold the entire team .

2)buy only a main coach having unearthly pace skill for pace training(others skills as low as possible) wages not more than 3 to 3.5 lakh.

3) try to buy 16 or 17 year old players max. 22 nos for pace training(try to find player as low as price) skills should pace=poor to avg./adqe. (must be10 defenders , skills should be avg to good) and low skilling 4 to 5 mids and 3 to 4 att. and 2 gk not to try more than good skill in gk.

4) don't try to open a junior school.I opened junior school after playing 5 seasons after went to NFL

Best team management by a user is Mayank. Every one in NFL know him. The year I join he lost his team. But he came with a team Mayank`s . First he got into 3rd Div. He topped in his league and came to 2nd div league (iv). which is most strong league in 2nd div but I think he found that he can not topped the group to make NFL at that moment. He see that other groups in 2nd div are easy. so he came down to 3rd div next season and next season became top in 3rd div and came to 2nd div3rd league which is a weak league so he topped.He get to play playoff to get in the NFL. I think within another season we will see him in NFL. He is a great tactician. Any junior can take lesson from him.

As far as concern of the strategies you give I think it is the best policy for a team who have negative balance.

What I have said previous season, they lost there interest in sokker This 2 user spend lot of time in Sokker. But wrong decision made by them because of proper guidance. I think we are going to lost hadjibulls sooner or latter.
