Subject: [NT U21] panchoahead
I thought this presentation threads should go in the NT Forum, but since I see other presentations are put here, I do the same.
Hi, I am panchoahead, current Uruguay NT manager. I wont continue managing my countrys NT because I believe I have to leave space to new managers (rotation is good at this stage).
I took my country to the WC and won a match there (against Serbia. Only lost with Brazil and Italy, two of the biggest countries in Sokker).
I know about Indian players. I usually post the Sokker Dream Team statistics in your forum, therefore I've been collecting info since a long time ago (I post the statistics in the forum for many countries).
I worked for Tata Consultancy Services with many indians. I believe I know more than a little about the many cultures that live together in your country.
I would be pleased to help in rising India to a new level in Sokker World.
I will make a more complete presentation in a few days.

I am flexible as you can see in the tactics I made this last 3 seasons in the major uruguayan NT.
Please notice that in U21 NT teams players always change and so should tactics, because tactic should be adapted to players.
I also have uploaded some of my old tactics in the NT to youtube.
For example, here are 3 I used in the last WC:
1) vs. Brasil, tactic "Garotinho Nunes", Apr 2, 2011
2) vs. Serbia, tactic "Milena", Apr 9, 2011
3) vs. Italia, tactic "Mi fai Schifo", Apr 16, 2011

I am not sure if you are interested, but in case you are, I will talk a little bit about me:
Im a 34 yo uruguayan psychologist. I am parent of one child. I began playing this game in 2005 (a looong, looong time ago).
My relation with India is closer than most other people in my country because I've worked 3 years in an indian company (TATA Consultancy Services). BTW I worked there testing software and doing quality assurance reviews... nothing related with psychology, lol
Now I work as an on the job training instructor (I give courses to the employees while we work) for an oil company (again: nothing to do with psychology, lol)
I learn english at school. I went from 5 to 18 yo to an irish school. Later worked using the language in many jobs.
I've also been translator here in Sokker for spanish speaking community.
Anything else, please ask.

With Uruquay you also worked with the NT Database ?
No. The database was made by tenuco (the previous NT manager) but we began using it when I was NT manager ( still I am, but for a few hours :P ). Its a fantastic tool.
In India there is not too many active user. After voting is over you will see. So the juniors came from only 8 to 10 school(best junior school 4 to 6 others are not in avg). How you think to get India NT Junior is upgraded if you are the junior NT coach.
Unfortunatelly I can only help in that area by teaching or being tutor in your local forums.
I mean I cannot bring people to the indian community: I can only work with the people that already has a team. With those I plan to contact them and explain them the importance of beginning a profitable junior school. That is the only valid argument we can give to a beginner to spend money in a junior school: that he will get the money back with interest).
On the other hand, the job of bringing more people to the game is all yours (I mean the indian community). For sure you have friends or team mates at work that would like to try the game. I know that football is not the major sport in India (as far as I know Cricket is the most popular). I've invited indians at my previous work to play real football matches and only a few knew the rules. They played squash a lot better (I lost all the matches, lol).
But please notice that your community is EXTREMELLY SMALL considering the population of your country. Only 0.00001 % of the population of India play sokker, while 0.018 % of uruguayan population play Sokker. That means our ratio is more than 1000 better. Having 1150 million inhabitants means there should be enough people to do almost everything you want to. So I guess the job of making indian sokker community bigger is yours: you are the ones that meet other indians every day and so are the ones that can promote the game.

As I said before, I always thought this presentation threads should go in the NT Forum, but since I saw you always put them here, I will do the same.
For those who dont know me, I will post my presentation again:
I am panchoahead, current India U21 NT manager and former Uruguay NT manager. I managed you U21 NT this season with very poor results. I realize the job is very dificult because we simply dont have enough players to compete at higher level but we must always keep trying to improve. Therefore part of my job as U21 NT manager is to estimulate the indian community to grow, to improve, to produce more players and select better yuniors, etc.
This season we play u21 World Cup qualifiers. I dont think we have much chance in those qualifiers seeing the players we have. That WONT CHANGE if I am the new elected U21 NT manager or if the job is won by someone else.
What I can promise is that I will try to give my best, as I always try to do, to win every possible match. Sometimes I may not choose the best tactique for a certain rival, some other times it was just bad luck... but we clearly didnt have the results we thought we would have this season. I think I can improve tactiques and show the best this players can give. This doesnt mean we will obtain good results, but is a promise of dedication.

Once again I am candidate to be India U21 NT manager.
I expect avi to keep helping me as scout but I didnt talk with him about this yet. Perhaps he has another plans. But in any case I think his support (in any role) will be much needed.
As in previous seasons, we will try to keep up the effort to construct a much greater community. Indian players should have youth schools and sell those talented players that they wont train at 100%. Thats the only way of improving the NT. Meanwhile, we should all promote the game with friends. India is the second biggest population in the world... I cant undestand why there arent at least 1000 sokker managers! This should be possible and quite easy for you.
I will help in making this community grow and prepare the U21 NT for the qualification matches in 2 seasons. Thats our main objective.
