Subject: [NT U21] panchoahead

2012-01-31 00:07:23
Once again I am candidate to be India U21 NT manager.

I expect avi to keep helping me as scout but I didnt talk with him about this yet. Perhaps he has another plans. But in any case I think his support (in any role) will be much needed.

As in previous seasons, we will try to keep up the effort to construct a much greater community. Indian players should have youth schools and sell those talented players that they wont train at 100%. Thats the only way of improving the NT. Meanwhile, we should all promote the game with friends. India is the second biggest population in the world... I cant undestand why there arent at least 1000 sokker managers! This should be possible and quite easy for you.

I will help in making this community grow and prepare the U21 NT for the qualification matches in 2 seasons. Thats our main objective.

I will help you as a scout. No doubt India is a big population country. To prompt sokker I tried some friend to join this game. Some friend came but not last too long. Like Ambitious now a bot team. After few season I lost faith with my friends and tried the new user / junior user in sokker. After trying with at least 100 users I find some 5 or 6 user those are willing to share their thoughts i.e. Harsh, Bartimaeus, Sir Saeid, gsanjeev20, rajashah, anibhat etc.

Except first two others are not participated in forum. The reason, I don’t know.

We lost some good active users. Like Bharat United, hajjibulls , Manchester Indians, Mumbai United etc coz they make their team stagnant in a position for so long. Main Reason: They are not willing to share their thoughts and general plane.

Very well said panchoahead. Let's hope this season India has some good results. Even I've communicated with some other Indian managers. We all will try 2 promote this game:)
2012-01-31 15:29:57
Thanks to both!

I know its not easy, but we must keep trying.

Maybe if you post a link in other game forums, you'll find someone who likes football. I know cricket is the major sport in India. As I mentioned before, I worked in an indian company for 3 years. Anyway: in 1.250.000.000 persons, I think there must be at least 1000 that like football and have internet conection.

BTW, this game is more like chess than football. One of the best uruguayan managers (tenuco, former NT coach, and 6 times uruguayan champion) doesnt like football: he manages sokker teams like if he was playing chess... its all a matter of strategy.

I believe we have a GREAT team for next season, but unfortunatelly we wont play nothing important... so the only objective is to climb up the ranking and prepare the team for the following season, when we should play the WC qualy once again.

So I encourage everybody to train players thinking in that season (current 19 yo players and below). Give them the required pace and stamina to reach the WC qualifiers with decent levels).

Even I'm a good player in chess and yes even I've found many similarities between chess and sokker. The thing is we need managers. Yes there might be many who like football and have internet connection. But the other essential factor is patience which is found wanting in our managers. The current Indian generation wants many changes. We can't live without change. First we should aim to have at least 100 active managers. Then we'll think about 1000.

True!

I think some changes in the game are about to be announced. And I suspect they are related to being able to change tactic according to the current score (like changing tactics depending on if you are loosing or winning). That would make the game even more strategic, and would be fantastic!

Good luck this season !
2012-02-13 13:38:15
Thanks man!

as mentioned before, this season is a practice one, and we also have the goal of climbing up some positions in the ranking... but the main goal is in the next season, when the WC qualifiers begin.

I would have made some discrete propaganda for him in my community if you let me know early this week.

But anyway, if those are his extra training values, I think I will buy him (obviously depending on the price), train him to pop pace and passing, and resell him.
2012-03-08 22:02:13
Have to sell him, need money to buy a big striker.
1 training pace is a pop, for sure.
2 trainings passing must be enough for that pop.
2012-03-15 13:28:07
It took just one passing training to pop.

It seems I will be reselling him next week after he pops pace this week
