Subject: [NT U21] panchoahead
The buyer is a fan of possible Indian NT players. He is the owner of India's best midfielder ever: Jagadish Sadayappan, also trained the first ever divine passer of India (Deepak Hiresh) and has now 2 young U21 prospects with Parnika and this player.
great news then!
I only hope he has room for training pace for at least one season before reaching 21 yo.

"Not so fast" said Syed Sony when he refused to pop in Pace after his first Pace training.
He finally popped pace.
So as I mentioned before, now that he popped pace and passing, I wil sell him.
He will be for sale on friday. Bidding will end on sunday.

I dont have any problem but I need to check with you so we dont leave any doubt regarding this point:
We got this rivals in the quealification for the WC:
Group A:
1. Česká republika U21
2. Uruguay U21
3. Canada U21
4. India U21
5. Panamá U21
6. Kazakhstán U21
As you can see, one of our rivals is Uruguay, my country.
I have no problem with that: I can resign to the Uruguayan Federation (so I dont see the uruguayan lineups before the matches are played) and keep being India U21 NT manager, but that would need you to trust that I will do my best, not matter the rival is my country. I will work hard so India wins against Uruguay.
Anyway, I need you to say something. I need support in order to keep being the U21 NT manager. If any of you has any doubt about my honesty, then I would widthraw as a candidate to be NT manager.
I would like to read some opinions from your side.

BTW, I also have in my team a U21 NT player in Uruguay. Thats another thing that may not be nice, but if we are honest nothing should worry.
Hey, anybody has an opinion about this?
Should I continue being candidate to be the U21 NT Manager despite playing against my own country?
I would like to read you opinion, no matter if its positive or negative. I need to know if I will have your support, not only your vote.

I think its no problem. I presume your will to win against Uruguay is even bigger than anyone else.
I have no problem for your continuation as coach. I have full trust on you.
Thanks to both, and you are right: no one else in the world would have so much interest in winning against Uruguay.
It looks like I won the election. I thought I would loose this one.
Thaks so much to all of you for your trust! I will do everything in my hands in return for you support!
Thanks once again, and lets keep up the effort! :)

Match against Brazil will be the first one played in a team stadium for our NT.
I've chosen the chandannagore FC Arena because its the bigger stadium which has 100% pitch condition.
Lets hope to avoid injuries and show great quality football.

We won a great match with our U20 (and not using the 20yo players that usually play in our lineup except for Panth, the keeper).
Brazil played with a U19 team, but we included some 19 and 18 year old players too.
This should be a great step in the U21 NT ranking and should motivate the owners of the players, looking towards next season.
Coming up next: Uruguay
I'll make my best to get a good result, but please take into account they have better players (Even Bonifacio Perco, a uruguayan NT midfielder, is my player)
