Subject: Jr Schools

I was just wondering what everyone's jr schools are like so we know what to expect in the future.

I currently have 20 players with the avg level good.

Jrs to look forward to:

1) Vikrant Pummy - formidable - age 17 - 2 weeks
2) Noel Tatavarti - formidable - age 18 - 2 weeks
3) Peter Poola - good - age 16 - 7 weeks
4) Shibu Balakrishna - brilliant/magical - age 19 - 14 weeks
6 pops in 16 weeks :)
5) Ankan Mandhatri - incredible/brilliant - age 19 - 20 weeks
6) Chandan Kurupath - incredible/brilliant - age 20 - 26 weeks

I haven't listed players who have received less than 8 weeks of training coz i think its too early to judge their talent.

I put those players who are coming this year. I take initial skill to skill this day and I don’t calculate talent. Abdul Jaspal actually has total (10 + pops and 4 – pop)=6 + pop.

I have 21 player and level is very good.

The skills I've posted are what I expect the player to have at the end of his training. I think u've posted their current skill levels. Am I right?
Pls could u put up ur youth coaches skills coz I find it quite amazing that u have an average skill level of very good with 21 players.

Their is a topic 'coach level'. I put my coaches in there long ago. I have a Unearthly Junior Coach.
