Think my next buy will be an unearthly jr coach.


Thats the worst business you can do, unless you have so much money you dont know how to spend it.

Unearthly coaches are too few, and they are paid way above 3 125 000 $, and also consider they have huge salaries.

I am not sure how much time you'll need to amortize such an investment, but it would be tens of seasons.

I don't agree. Avi has an unearthly jr coach and just see the jrs he's getting. He will make a profit of at least 150 000 000 Rs. each season. By replacing my magical coach with an unearthly one my coaching salaries for the season might go up by 10 mil Rs but I can easily recover it by getting better jrs.

What does everyone else think?

Dont consider that the juniors that avi pulls are 100% because he has an unearthly jr school coach.

He would have exactly the same jr school with very slight differences with a magic jr school coach, because what makes avi jr school a great jr school is his permanent control of talent of players, no the coach.

BTW, if you sell a jr, and get f.e. 1 875 000 $, you cant consider that those 1 875 000 $ are part of the amortization of the unearthly coach: with a magic coach the player would be slightly worse... so ¿how much would you get? ¿1 718 750 $? So this would be the best scenario: you would need more than 20 transfers like this one to amortize the price you paid for the coach... and thats means tens of seasons

I too keep a good watch and sack players that are not talented. It just seems to me that with an unearthly coach you tend to get more talented players or atleast the coach reads their talent better.

If I buy an unearthly coach for 180 mil Rs. and each season I get a jr that sells for 90 mil Rs, then in 2 seasons I would've recovered the cost for buying the coach. That's not counting the rest of the jrs I sell which I'm sure will make up for the coach's salaries.

Do u have a magical or unearthly coach? Can others who have made the upgrade from magical to unearthly jr coach pls weigh in here?

Coaches have nothing to do with the talent of players. You get exactly the same amount of talented players with a terrible coach that with an uneathly one.

What a coach can do is make him improve faster because he has a better general skill and to read better the players skill (but not his talent)... so this means reduce the error margin of coach interpretation of player skill.

But as I said: if you get an hipertalented player, that has absolutelly nothing to do with your coach... you could get one with a tragic coach, and would have the same probability of getting one with a tragic coach.

I've a different view,
Avi's jr.School is really great one,but how much he'll get with 20 yrs. old brilliant/incredible jr.
Also, I see he's maximum no. of jr. exit on 19yr. age.In current scenario it'll be not paid best.
So, I try to keep players who's exit max. 18yrs.A 17/18 old for/out jr. gives you much with a 19/20 yr.
brillant jr.Recently I sold a 19yr. old brilliant Raman Konda with 1.8 crore and a 18 yr. old jr. sameer
kodi around 5 crore.if you keep players 17/18 yr.old there will be not much difference between a magical or
an unearthly one.

Looks my jr., there will be no any jr.who's exit point 19 yr. old.

Though I'm a newbie,I personally think that there's a huge diff between a magical coach and an unearthly coach. The juniors get trained faster and even 1 pop in any of the skills can fetch more 2-5 crores. So it matters a lot. Buying an unearthly coach is really good for a long term investment.

Priyo what were Raman Konda's skills like? Sometimes jrs are pulled with good skills in weird combinations so that's why not many people are willing to buy him.
When Sameer Kodi was pulled, what was his skill level? If he was even outstanding he would easily get more than a player that's brilliant but 1 yr older. If he had a nice skill combination, he would again sell for more.
