Subject: Best 16-17 yo prospects

This thread is for you to post the best 16-17 yo indian prospects and their evolution.
Priyo requested me to open this one, and also a "less than 21yo Best ATT, MID, DEF, GK" but in this case I wont open a thread here: I will open it in the India Association Forum (because I am not interested at all to make visible for foreign NT managers the skills of current U21 NT players). In case an indian manager is not suscribed to the Indian Association forum, please send the request by going to the association an joining.

Also please: this 16-17 yo prospects is to follow the players when they are 16 o 17 years old. When they reach 18, please dont keep posting their skills... here or elsewhere: U21 NT players skills should remain unknown for the rest of the world, and this forum is public.

Anyway my idea was to post the players after they are pulled from the youth school. BTW for example Krishnan Abhishek, Godwin Arjun and Aayam Kaikini will have 18 after they are pulled out.

OK BUT I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU THAT R THEY GOOD JUNIORS OR NOT BECOZ I HAD STARTED JU SCHOOL LAST WEEK ONLY

I cant tell you if they are good or bad based only on their age and level... whats important in youth school is to calculate players talent (a hidden skill that will determine -in youth school and later in the first team- the training speed the player will have -f.e. a player with great talent will surely pop faster in X skill than a player with bad talent). You can only approximate to players talent true value bye calculating the slope of the graph that shows the evolution of the player. Since the graph wont be a rect, you will first have to apply differential calculus, because what we are looking for is to calculate a change rate.

You can do this by using MS Excel Linear Regression function... or if you prefare, you can search in the Sokker International forum for some of the excel sheets other users have made.

But, despite all this, I dont think any of your players have any chance of being good players, except for Raju Murugappa. I would fire all of them except Murugappa.

Since u have just started ur jr school, i'm guessing ur youth coach has a general rating of less than magical in which case u will hardly get a player with a talent of 3 weeks. Its more likely that these players have a talent of 4 weeks or so if not higher, only time will tell.

The 1st 3 are useless and will never be sold, u will only end up sacking them. So I suggest u reject them now and cut ur losses. Mahesh and Raju, assuming they have a talent of 4 weeks, can still be useful jrs. Mahesh might not make it to the NT but maybe u could train or sell him. Raju could be an incredible or outstanding jr if he's talented enough. Hang on to these 2 for now.
