once again: harshvardhan87srcm, fire all your juniors except Murugappa.

I dont think the skill level of Sudheer and Sudheer is enough despite their short age since they are near to be pulled out from youth school and wont have enough time to improve.

Saginala should definetelly be fired.

Nandakishore has a good level (adequate) and time to improve (25 weeks) but he is 18... he'll be almost 21 when he is pulled out, and therefore wont be a great prospect.

Since u have just started ur jr school, i'm guessing ur youth coach has a general rating of less than magical in which case u will hardly get a player with a talent of 3 weeks. Its more likely that these players have a talent of 4 weeks or so if not higher, only time will tell.

The 1st 3 are useless and will never be sold, u will only end up sacking them. So I suggest u reject them now and cut ur losses. Mahesh and Raju, assuming they have a talent of 4 weeks, can still be useful jrs. Mahesh might not make it to the NT but maybe u could train or sell him. Raju could be an incredible or outstanding jr if he's talented enough. Hang on to these 2 for now.

Yes, thats true. Maybe he is valuable for a small team in the end. But he should control his evolution, because keeping 29 weeks that kind of players in the youth school is costly and risky.

For information to harshvardhan87srcm 3 weeks talents are rare in sokker. In my 5 seasons of junior school I find only 1 junior who have 3 weeks talent. Average talent is 4. Below 4 is very good one. I am saying that reject Akshay Saginala and Mahesh Nandakishore. In case of Mahesh Nandakishore he is going to out at age of 20. Then he is worthless. You are going to train your own junior so keep first two. See what they became.

17 yrs with avg and adequate is useless.
anyway they will be 18 in a few more weeks so count them as 18 yrs old.

I put projected age. so sesond one is out in 17 for a full season so the second one can be keep and Give the chance to Harsh to understand what is a player look like Adq or Avg after sign.

So now you know the reality of this game. Juniors can have negative pop time to time. It is depending on the talent he have. You can not determined perfect talent in the new system of junior. Some time you can have +2 pop in level of junior and sometime (-) pop.

The pops u see are what your jr coach thinks of him. So a better coach is better at evaluating players and so there will be less negative pops and they will pop more consistently. Also the more you play the jr in jr matches, the coach will get a better idea of his talent and hence more consistent pops.

some one have more than 20 lack per week surplus can start a junior school with a incredible coach and Bartimaeus have sufficient balance to start a junior school. It is a step up for up-gradation of team.

I'm using a software Sokker Manager 3.1. I started using it after Lagends FC match. I want to add week in that. How to add week? The week isn't adding. When I download and import data it comes like this:

THE LAST WEEK ENTERED INTO THE SOKKER MANAGER CALENDER ENDS ON 24 DEC-11. DATE-O5-JAN-12 WAS SENT TO THE GET WEEK INFORMATION FUNCTION. PLEASE USE THE SOKKER MANAGER MAINTENANCE SCREEN TO ADD ADDITIONAL WEEKS TO THE SYSTEM.
