Subject: Newbie ? open junior school. For suggestion put your junior here

I'm using a software Sokker Manager 3.1. I started using it after Lagends FC match. I want to add week in that. How to add week? The week isn't adding. When I download and import data it comes like this:

THE LAST WEEK ENTERED INTO THE SOKKER MANAGER CALENDER ENDS ON 24 DEC-11. DATE-O5-JAN-12 WAS SENT TO THE GET WEEK INFORMATION FUNCTION. PLEASE USE THE SOKKER MANAGER MAINTENANCE SCREEN TO ADD ADDITIONAL WEEKS TO THE SYSTEM.

I didn't understand what it said. Can you'll explain?

Can any1 tell me what is talent and how to calculate talent?

In Sokker Manager There is a small button on left side Edit Calender . Go there and add weeks. After add weeks then download.

It is the potentiality of players to incise in skill which is trained by the user.

calculation formula = total weeks trained/total skill pop.

Example: Let, player Have Pace Skill = solid(8)
Training Type = pace
Coach's Pace skill = Unearthly
After 4 Weeks, players pace skill = very good(9)(+1)
After 7 Weeks, players pace skill = Excellent(10)(+2)
Talent = 7/2=3.5

Got it. Very easy..

Just got this coach through skills recruitment. I've also opened junior school.

If he is your main coach then its ok. But if you think him as a Junior coach then you are in big trouble, His wages is like a brilliant coach. Recruitment of coach gives some time good option but most of the time its deliver a worst option. Like you have. You recruit this coach in last of this weeks so the wages is fully given by you. Total loss and lot of extra expenses.

Try another one, wages too high, you can get brilliant/Magical one with this wages.
try to as lowest as you can in the GK & Stamina skill.

I recruited this coach. After 4 recruitments, I got him. Lost about 45 Lakh Rupees.

Hold him, Luck is the major factor in coach recruitment.

With this coach & with 18-20 juniors your weekly cost increased to 20 Lac.
I think your weekly surplus is more than that.

Hold them,

Tarif Harihar 16 average outfield 10 --- can be good/solid 17 yr. (if talented )
Vinu Thirunavu 16 weak outfield 25--- can be formidable/outstanding 18 yr. (if talented )

Others should be Sack.
