I'll keep them. At least I'll get to know what kind of players come when the skill level is adequate.

Training juniors Age Skill level Formation Weeks
Roberto Ajatashatru 17 poor [3] outfield 16
Reject

what about this one i think he is use less
you can wait till next week and see if he improves or worsen. Since he'll be out in 16 weeks, he will be 18 by then (got out 2 weeks before his 19th birthday). Its not very promising but if he shows talent he still has chances of becoming a good player. You decide depending on the money you have.

yes if he graduates with a skill of very good and talent below 4 u might get a 19yr old better than 2 out of the 3 u currently have. But if his talent is 4 or above don't bother.

Should I reject both of them?

Tarif Harihar 16 poor outfield 8

Vinu Thirunavu 16 hopeless outfield 23

yes. but wait for others what they thinks about those players.

yes reject both

I dont know if you can affort it, but you may wait a couple of weeks to see how Thirunavu evolves.

He is only 16 and has still 23 weeks to improve. If he is talented, you would be rejecting a great 18 year old player pulled early in a season.

Harihar should look for a job elsewhere.

Like panchoahead said, Thirunava can be kept.

Harihar can be sacked in this stage of the season. In the beginning of next season, when you receive new Juniors, keep all 16 year old players who are promoted within 10 weeks.

but even if he has a talent of 3 weeks (which i doubt) he will be at best a solid 18 yr old. I don't think that's worth it.
