but even if he has a talent of 3 weeks (which i doubt) he will be at best a solid 18 yr old. I don't think that's worth it.

No Hoodibaba: you are asuming his current leval is "hopeless". And that may not be true: it may be just a missinterpretation of the junior coach. Thats why I want to wait a couple of weeks to see how the player evolves.

I rejected Thirunavu. In the 1st week he was average, then he went to poor and now he was hopeless. So I rejected him.

You have Brilliant Coach. Now the prediction
10 pop = Excellent as (31/3=10) as you have a brilliant coach so total 9 pop + some training
So when he is out 18 year, very good player. Your expenses =15.5 lack+%of coach wages.
But some time in initial pop is faster so you can keep him for few weeks then take final stapes.
