Hi gsanjeev. Actually I was out for 1 week so I couldn't take part in the discussions o the forum. Great to see another active manager communicating on the forum. As Hoodibaba said u can post your doubts on the forum and plz don't hesitate to ask any questions. There many experienced manager who can answer your calls.
