i've been playin tis for about 4 weeks now but every week,the best youth i get in my school is average at best.......and that too,the fastest i got is 9 weeks.......what do i have to do to get better options at my youth school and faster?

The more weeks the juniors have, the better they will be. Which youths you get is totally random.
