Nirmal, Joy, Puja, Venkateswaran, Jyotiradha can be sacked. But if the count of your juniors goes below 11, don't sack all of those. Wait for new better juniors and then sack.
Always keep this min criteria to decide which junior to keep:
16y: average/adequate
17y: good/solid
18y: very good/excellent
19y: excellent/formidable
20y: outstanding
If you want to keep selective juniors, go with the upper bound. For example, for 17y you can keep only juniors who are solid at the time of coming out of junior school. If you are more relaxed, you can go with good.
Also, I will recommend recruiting a better youth coach. At least incredible/brilliant if not magical. You'll find plenty of coaches on the transfer market, just go with the coach that has lesser salary.
The wage of your existing coach is way too high. You'll see incredible and brilliant coaches with lower wages.

I would say follow below criteria:
16y: adequate/ good
17y: solid/ very good
18y: excellent
19y: formidable
20y: outstanding
21y: incredible
This always works for me. Players below this are normally worth training and you won't be able to sell them. Max you will only be able to fill empty slots that won't get training.
Your aim should be to have an Unearthly jr. coach. However as that might be too expensive for you, you can get atleast a magical coach.

In my opinion only vincent, tushar, yousuf, vikrant, ravi, biju, bungo and chandan are worth keeping.
But yes, keep atleast 11 players so that you can play the jr. league

Does the number of weeks left in the junior team influence who is to be kept and who is to be fired?
I got this junior coach. In the transfer market, magical coaches are going above 2 mn rupees

Good pull. I have 2 brilliant coaches as assistants to the main coach. One costs 29 600 $ and the other costs 30 100 $ so the wages of your new coach isn't that high.
Does the number of weeks left in the junior team influence who is to be kept and who is to be fired?
Absolutely. Suppose there are 2 17y juniors:
ABC weak outfield 5
XYZ weak outfield 25
In this case, you would sack ABC and retain XYZ. ABC could go max till adequate (very unlikely) but XYZ has more possibilities of being a better junior. What also matters is at what point of the season a new junior enters the junior school. A 17y junior coming towards the end of the season is as good as a new 18y junior.
I also hope you are using a tool to track your juniors progress.

You can keep him as jr. coach till you can afford a better one. Then you can make him an assistant.
What matters most is the players age at the time him gets pulled from the jr. school. A 17yr old today will be 18 in 9 weeks so his skill should be atleast excellent when he is pulled. So if you have an adequate 17 yr old today, you can sack him.
