You actually have a pretty good jr. school with good potential.
Yes you might not get any players that are over formidable this season but so what.
Even a Formidable 19 yr old can be an NT player if he has a good break up of skills.

I think only Narender Malhotra can be sacked if his talent is less than 3 weeks and he won't reach formidable.

The 4 players above, seems to be the most promising players, but the other younger players with good talent could make it far, I´ll keep an eye on them.

Even Chauhan and Kurinji from Stevens have potential if skills get distributed nicely. Same with Sailendra and Hussein from Lagends
