Subject: Junior School

My player Sampath Raviram 17 very good [9] GK 28; is now showing as average skill. Don't understand how the skills (assuming average) fall so much after being constant for 3-4 weeks at 'very good'. Any idea?

Unfortunately, your coach of youth team is not qualified enough. The current level of the players is always an estimate, which a high quality youth coach can determine more accurately than a less good coach.

But don't sack him just yet.

Post training yesterday, he is now at excellent :) Don't know what to trust.

Thats good! but you should look for a better trainers team.

Agree. Hopefully post the current stadium expansion, i should be able to earn enough (week on week) to have a slightly better youth trainer.
