No idea, New Gunner had one last year

Have mailed and requested both Lala Bhai and Carvalho to open junior schools.

How does your Junior school look like now ?
Its good to see another serious Indian school being set up. It was the most important contribution to the "success" (moving up the ranks with India) of my time as U21 and NT coach: maybe 4 to 8 managers delivering valuable Juniors.

Planning to reject a few of those this week like Somatra, Sudarshana, Sankrant. Will see if there is any improvement tomorrow.

Sacked many of those that you recommended

Amitava, Choudhary and Santosh jumped to adequate and Shamir jumped to good. Amitava jumped by 3 places lol. I know it would most probably be due to outstanding coach having trouble gauging the skills. Planning to get in an incredible coach tomorrow. Have stalled my bidding and I plan to bid just before the end time so that the price does not rise too much. Salary increase would just be ~100 000 Rs so that would be a decent substitution for my junior youth school coach.

Two seasons from now, my target will be to get in some brilliant or magical head coach provided sponsor money increases, wages of other players don't rise too much, etc.

Will also have to upgrade stadium at some point.

Amitava can jump 3 places even with an unearthly coach.
He will most likely fall 2 places again in the next 2 weeks. He'll probably finish as average or adequate. Anything more and you're very lucky. No harm in keeping him and seeing the final result.

what level of coach do you use in junior school? I think magical can give good results...

Kautuk is playing not that long to afford magical coach. Give him more time to establish good financial status

of course everyone will decide the best coach as possible considering his finance.

I'm currently using an outstanding coach. As mentioned in the mail, by the start of next season or maybe in this season itself, I'm planning to upgrade to brilliant coach atleast if not a magical one.
