Subject: NT chris

Hello to all, I am chris and I want win this election for your Nation and for Me.

I show you my plains in few important point:

1) I have a full time internet connection and I have many time to spend in sokker and in internet.

2) I found the best staff imho and if someone of you want help me that's OK.

My staff is very competitive (Italian 1st, 2nd and 3rd league) and we have 2 person for each position (Gk, Def, Mid, Fw of course): One is NT Scout and the other study the position of the players of opposite nation. (Total: 8 person).
Some member of my staff train Italian Nation Players, so they are a good trainer and scout!

3) I In my sokker life I trained Mid and now Fw and the I played always in hard leagues (you can see this in the Italian stats, so I have many experience with tactics and with players).

4) I have a Database where each manager can put his players and his skill: click!

5) In italy I was a scout of young talent player, I have many experience and I hope to win because I want grow up this nice Nation.

6) In my SOKKER LIFE I have: WIN 38 matches, Drow 6 matches, lose 6 matches

7) I want do a solid project for to be competitive in few season with the other nation and for WIN with the other young nation from the FIRST DAY with a good tactics and the help of a very good Staff.

8) Tha nation team is mine and yours so I want to involve all the community and want it to participate together with me.

Edit: I remember to all that if someone play many matches then me but if he don't win it, this's crazy! In 3 season I had 2 promotion and 1 third place with the same point of second and 2 point form the first. And in the stats I have a middle team, but i had won all the other team that have a most strong team. How? With the tactics, i worked with mr newton, the Italian coach (second place to the world cup).
Someone played 4x of my matches but we are in the same league :D So, I'm Best :))))

Hi, I'm IccI and i've just been admitted to the Italian Serie B (the second division).
I train MId till I started playing sokker and in the last season I helped Mr Newton (our coach) in scouting opposite MIdfield during International Matches; so i've grown a great experience in sokker; experience that I want to share with your nation sopporting Chris in his Role of Indian National Coach.

I'm zornetta, the most famous italian goalkeeper traininer in sokker

I'll training Vitantonio Leonini 1094028 with important result ( 80 % in sokker statistic): he was the best player in the last week in Italy (with 77 % )

I was Brasil NT goalkeepers scout with extraordinary result (now Brasil has two of the best goalkeepers in the sokker world ...)

Icci is considered in Italy a very talented tactic and I accept to support him in these experience with you

hmm... with all respect, but this idea with your database is the silliest i've ever heard. :]

For example:
I've just added player "Stupid Idea" with divine stamina.

My point is, that ALL the menagers can add in there WHATEVER THEY WANT

If you still don see what I mean here is next example:

One of the India managers have a player. He is honest, and add his genuine skills. But, there is many managers which aren't honest (not necessarily from India), ad they may add the same palyer, but with diffrent skills. So you will never now do this player is the right one, MORE: you don't even now who is sending you skills of the player!!

So, If u are a good coach u can know if the skill of that player are true o false. Aren't u?

In your opinion if u write "ciccioilbello" divine in att, tec and speed and then his valutation is 20 do u believe that? I NO.

I'll check the skill of the player, like is good that a NT Coach do.

Every manager have to check if the skill sent by the users are true viewing their match

This is the reason why an experienced manager is preferred to anyone with no experience

Then I don't believe that Indian are dishonest so I will DON'T have problem.

Then, a database is very good for the coach because he can choose the player in a fast way.

But after that I have choose I contact the manager where that player play, sure.

At least ITALIAN NATIONAL TEAM (2nd at the last word cup) have a database and no one (Italian or Foreign) NEVER have write something of wrong.

And at end other nation have a database and they are very happy of IT :)

I will answer to your perplexity with some thinks..

First, every database have the problem you noticed. Also if an NT manager have an access database any user could lying and sent him false skill (for example, saying his player is much better of how he really is).

Second, none database could check if the skill inserted by the users is true or not. This is because neither the NT manager could view skill of NT player. This is a job of the NT manager, who with their experience HAVE TO SEE EACH PLAYER and UNDERSTAND if skill insterted is true or not...

This is one of the most reason to have an NT Manager with experience, instead of one with no experience...

I hope I explained enough what the purpose of this database: collecting data and improving choosing of players who have to play or players who have to be in NT.

This database is one of my product, and I use it from one season in Belarus with great results!!!

So, think at what you said first of speak anything else...

Chris is a gentleman and all of us think that all the users in sokker are ethic and correect people

I think that you don't have respect of indian people if you named "Stupid Idea" one indian player

In Italy we created the I.T.A.C. (Italian Team Against Cheater) : a staff of anti-cheaters, to support admins to elimanted not correct sokker user: the 90% of banned people is polski and nobody indian user was banned for cheater : please respect indian people

or you think that only you have a GOOD IDEAS ?

I think that you would have to base your campaign on your own objectives and not trying to confute other ones....

The thing you've said are simply ridicoulous since you don't consider that Chris and his staff will examine matches and matches of every reported player. In this way he will be able to assure if the skills in His DB are really or invented...
The DB is only an easy way to calogue all the player India's NT has a disposition.
Moreover I want to remember you that the coach of the National team can't know the skills of the players...
if unluckily you'll become the CT of India how will you behave to vouch for the really truth of the skills (maybe you're gonna get the Indian users send you their Passwords?? I don't think it's something allowed ;))
