Would it make more sense to sell him now or to continue training him till he's superdivine x2 + excellent/ formidble in technique. That would take at least another season of training.
If someone can train him in MID skills he would be a fabulous asset to the NT.

I'd say tech is first need at his age or superdivine def. Pace will come from GT.
If he is blocking training place for next good player - sell him. If not - train him:)

@Prezmo In the past few days we have been mostly talking about the U21 NT team but I really wanted to appreciate how you have been managing our senior NT. When I joined the game, we were ranked 59. Since then, we have risen by 6 places. The draw against higher ranked NZ and Suomi, the win in a friendly against Mexico and the strong fighting games against Spain were really good. Good job!

It would be great if we can make it to 48th rank this season.
That would give us a fighting chance to make it to the top 2 in the group stage of next year's world cup, for the 1st time.
