You're right. We have to fight to the end, I still believe in promotion.
What an amazing match. we won with Germany! You gotta watch it!
Good work! I also checked the group and it seems that Germany had conceded just once in the group till now before our game. Sandeep who missed an easy chance against Israel scored our goal.
That was an absolutely brilliant match. Has to be our biggest win ever, especially since it came in an official match and not a friendly. If all the shots that hit the bar went in, we could have won 1-3 also.
No Germans are getting past my defenders :) Our GK was also the star of the match saving so many 1 on 1 shots. Has anyone gone on to the German forums to see them complaining about the match engine....lol.
Ironically India ranked 43, beat German ranked 3; but Indonesia ranked 42 lost to Romania ranked 4.
Maybe we can overtake Indonesia with this result or at least get very close to them. Germany might also lose their top 3 ranking.

They also finish the group in 2nd place now instead of 1st.
I visited 1 German NT forum and translated the comments in google:
Uih, uih, uih ... bitter defeat. And not undeserved!
Despite the two injuries on the part of the Indian, his team looked more dangerous than ours in the second half and it could well have ended 0: 2, 0: 3.
well, the Indian striker simply runs through everyone and shoots the ball in, while our strikers are cleared from behind in a full sprint, that's more than ridiculous. Still we have 9 shots on goal, they only have 6. It was somehow clear to me that this would be a disgusting game, which is why I put in the best. It is a mystery to me why they are so often stupid and sometimes it looks like the opponent has the better players. Maybe I have to get away from wing tactics if our strikers are too small, but it wasn't the wrong approach against the compact 5-series. We had enough chances. Out of 9 there should be 3 in it, then we win the thing. Extremely annoying but impossible to change. Now we just have to beat Brazil. That will not be easy either, but it can be done.
It's a shame that the lead in the world rankings is melting now. We are well before the 4th, but now it's getting tight again :-(

Haha loving to see Germans talking about our strikers and team

The facts are that we have 1-1-2 for 4 games against Germany. With two losses, we were less lucky, for example, the red card. Hoodibaba I must admit that you are the best defense trainer in the world. Your defenders are an impassable wall. You are doing a great job and without you such a result would be impossible.
Wow thanks for the huge complement.
I wish they would sell for more then :P
Glad to be of service.

While we were all looking at the U21 teams performance we missed looking at the stellar performance our senior team put up against Belgium. Although it was just a friendly, it still means we will make a nice move up in the rankings.
We are now ranked 41.
I hope we can finish the season at 38 by overtaking Indonesia, Sweden & USA

Only there is a huge problem in NT. We do not have young players of a good level. In 2-3 seasons, there will be no one to play.

Yes, I'm expecting our senior team to be below par in 2-3 seasons and our performances will drop for a few seasons.

As I can see, before I took over the management of U21, there was no solution to getting young players from youth academies to the right place and get the right training. Unfortunately, even today, the disadvantage of this is that several players have unfortunately been in the wrong place for a long time and have lost a lot of time out of their training. I’m just writing two examples: Meyappan and Engineer. On the other hand, I feel that we are now much better in this area and already have the right managers - to train goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and strikers. All three are active Indian users as well as two Hungarian users, one of my friends and I are these users who train young Indian talents.
In the person of Satwant, we have a striker that I will continue to train after the age of 21 and I see that there are also 23-year-olds defender, Zev and Rochan who will soon reach the level of the Indian senior national team. Of course, it takes time for them to grow up. But the basics have already been put in place in my opinion and from now on the chances are much better to be young players who can also be used in the senior national team.

I know there won't be any problems in the Def and GK departments.
Not sure about Mid and Att. Though Attila & Bonanza are looking after this area very well at the moment.
