I know there won't be any problems in the Def and GK departments.
Not sure about Mid and Att. Though Attila & Bonanza are looking after this area very well at the moment.

Of the players between the ages of 22 to 27, there are only a few who can play at a good level. These are:
1. Chandramouli - 24 GK - only he has a high level.
The rest is just good
2. Subbarayan - 26 ATT
3. Lavanya - 22 GK
4. Uttara - 26 DEF
5. Zev - 23 ATT?
6. Sundaromoorthy-23 ATT
7. Muunusamy - 22 DEF
This is definitely not enough. There is no midfielders n this group !!
Unfortunately, such a team will be at the level of the weakest teams in the world,

You, too, could do a lot to improve the situation if you coached Indian players in your club. You must to see that there are only 3 active users in India, which is why the number of young players entering the game is very limited. And only a very small percentage of these players get into the game with skills that can be used as a chance for someone to start training them. Most young players will be fired after getting up because they are not worth training for. So a significant portion of the very few players who come from a few users anyway will disappear from the game because of this. The very few players who are worth coaching are not always bought by someone who train them properly. Either they don’t play at the club at all or they get an bad training type. It took me a lot of messaging to improve on this situation: if I see a player with a U21 chance not playing or getting a bad training at his club, I try to get the player to TL to have a chance to get a good training at another club.

In a small country, the captain position is either the captain of U21 or senior NT, I think there is a need for a player in your club to coach for NT if needed. If you reduce the number of NT level players, you can improve the situation yourself.

Sure, I could train Indian players and monitor this market. I am only writing about a certain situation. There is a shortage of players with high-level prospects of playing. Debjit Harilal - He is already playing NT matches

Ajayan Nachik - Will be unearthly DEF this season
Murli Rochan - He will need 2 more seasons before he can be up to the mark

I have been training speed for many seasons. You know I appreciate what you are doing for India. If not for you, the national team would not be able to win against teams such as Belgium or Germany. The players you mentioned are good, but they will never reach the level for example Nitu, Saripella or Ujesh. Without players of this class it will not be possible to fight with the best. If the talent or avg skill level for players pulled has increased for NT teams, then that shouldn't be a problem. Of course, I know that some countries like Poland have a bigger pool to choose from and hence a higher probability of getting good players but we can't help it for now

Maybe it is due to the lull we had for a few seasons where I was the only 1 really contributing players before new gunner, pune fc etc came along.

Anyway things will pick up again I'm sure. If you like I can sell Zev to you once he pops in Def as he needs pace. After he pops in Def & if you train him in pace then by end of next season he might be divine x 2.

KautukP, I don't even want to compare to Poland. We are doing very badly compared to countries that are close to the ranking. They have many more young players with a high level of play. My purpose was to point out that there will be worse times for the national team. This is inevitable, so our partnership with Hoodibaba is a good suggestion. I've only been training speed for many seasons. I am happy to use the option to buy a Zev and I can train him to full speed. Unfortunately, Zev is an exception and the others will not come close to that level, it's a pity.

Ok, so once Zev pops in Def I'll let you know. If anyone else has NT players that need pace training, I suggest you discuss with Przemo first if he can train them before selling them.

Yes and that's because as Hoodibaba mentioned there was a lull period in between where Hoodibaba was the only active manager.
