That was a bad loss to uzbekistan.
Maybe next time we should play No. 8 or 10 higher up, just behind the strikers to give them support.

As far as the course of the match is concerned, I agree that we should win. It is clear that there are problems in defense. Players make simple mistakes. Offensively, too, it looked bad. Although we had twice as many shots. In terms of staff shortages, the problem is with the midfielders. At the moment there are only 3. If one of them falls out as it is now, there is no one to pass to the attackers. The defenders also lowered their form. There are the most of them in the team, but we can't play with defenders alone.

Dear friends, the qualifying rounds are over. This is the time for summing up and analyzing. Before the season I really believed that it would be possible to advance further. Unfortunately it did not work. The rivals we played with were very strong. But there were also mishaps like the one with Uzbekistan. I mentioned earlier that there are no valuable substitutes. Players who are team leaders get old. From year to year, the quality of our team is lower. I know that doesn't explain our poor performance. I could have gotten a better result with this team. I would like to continue this team, but I know that you may have a different idea for the future. Let's decide together what will be best for this team.

The 1st half and 2nd half were completely different for us in this qualifier with a better performance in the 2nd half. In the 1st half, we just managed 3 points in 5 games which included a shock defeat to Uzbekistan while in the 2nd half we got 9 points from as many games with wins against Canada and Uzbekistan and very close losses against Germany and Denmark. So not a bad way to end this, we should have ideally come 3rd but it was always going to be uphill after the disastrous first half. Our performance was also proportional to the number of goals Saripella scored(also when Uttara started playing from game 6 onwards). He scored a solitary goal in the 1st 7 games to eventually end with 9 goals. However, Subbarayan (432min) and Nanga(413min) didn't get as much game time as Saripella (867min). Going forward, I believe we need to keep Subbarayan and Nanga as first choice to get better results.

Apart from this, 22 different Indian players played in these 10 games with Zev(90 min) and Sundaramoorthy (10 min) being the youngest. Chandramouli, Ujesh and Nayar played all 90 mins of every game.

In the case of attackers, they have different tasks. Saripella is needed to hold the ball and attack from the wing. He is not a typical shooter like Nanga and Subbarayan. I believe that when it comes to all three, they are outstanding players. They have been providing a large number of goals for many seasons. This season, the big problem was in defense and midfield. First, there are no valuable substitutes. I would like to put youngsters into play, but there is no one. This season's tied defenders weren't monolithic. Lots of simple mistakes that haven't happened in the past. When analyzing all matches, you have to know that we could win almost every match. There was no luck and it was due to these defensive mistakes.

Next season I will give you 4 divine defenders.

Please give me midfielders. Then we will become world champions, I promise

Bonanza is training them but it will take a few seasons.
To train midfielders I will have to change a lot of tactics.
I don't mind but it will take time to change my whole setup. Will have to buy and sell players accordingly.
I have already setup my team to train Def next season. The season after that I will again train pace and accordingly line up my team to train Mids in Passing and playmaking in the next season.

I think Kautuk can manage the Def training and we have enough defenders to last us for a while. Kautuk can you share your coach skills please.

I understand you perfectly. I am very impressed with what you are doing for National team. You deliver outstanding defenders every year. If there were two more managers to take care of the midfielders and strikers, it would be great.
