Subject: National Team

I understand you perfectly. I am very impressed with what you are doing for National team. You deliver outstanding defenders every year. If there were two more managers to take care of the midfielders and strikers, it would be great.
2022-03-14 15:56:35
I see you are not training any Indian players. Is there a reason for this? Don't you think it would be better if you coached an Indian player too?
2022-03-14 19:18:06
I don't understand why you are attacking me. Sure I could train and I would like to do it. Only this is not a problem with representation! The supply of players by local managers is crucial. If there are several managers in a given country, there are no good players. It's natural. Only a few will reach the representative level. And it doesn't matter if I train them or anyone else. Do you train juniors from India? So why is this representation ranked so low? The role of the national team coach is to arrange the players so that they achieve good results. Results better than the players' level would indicate that.

I asked you earlier because I’ve seen before that you have a problem with not having a good enough number of players for the national team. In my opinion, for a small sokker country like India, it is only natural that there are few players in Sokker. Our job as NT or U21coach is (also) to try to develop these few players to the right level.

Even coach Indian players in our own club team. Or can even ask a friend from sokker to help train players. Well, if you've already asked me back if I'm coaching Indian players. If you had looked, you could see that I'm training. Satwant is also a member of the NT anyway, so that's why you should know I'm training him. The other is Engineer who is a member of U21 and the best future NT striker.

Besides, what else have I done to ensure that as many Indian players as possible are properly trained in the hands of a good user? Bonanza coaches most of U21’s midfielders, he helps me with that because he’s my friend. There are also several U21 members trained by Hungarian users. It may be a coincidence because I didn’t ask them to help, but maybe it’s no coincidence that they are training players for this very small country.

I have always missed you for not having an Indian player on your team. And the easiest way to alleviate your own difficulties. I have been captain of the Tunis senior NT for many seasons. During those 10 seasons, I also trained Tunisian strikers for senior NT and U21. Because I saw that I can’t expect the national team players to be better if I don’t do anything myself to be better myself. That's why I asked you. It was not an attack, just advice.

The purpose of my message was to make you aware that it does not matter who trains the players. Every manager wants his players to develop. Whether it will be you or me does not matter. Hoodibaba is doing a great job with the defenders. He has been doing it for years and let him do it as long as possible.

I know that you train young players of India. I wanted to show you that this has not made your representation successful. India national teams will not suddenly win with the best if I train them. It's all about scale. In such Poland there are, for example, 1000 talented players, in India 1. Do you understand?

What we can do is set up the teams best and know the capabilities of the players we have. In recent years, despite the huge difference in value, we managed to win with the German national team! We regularly play on an equal footing with them. This is what our work is all about.

Our job is also about trying to do everything we can to ensure that those very few Indian players get the right training and maximum development opportunity. You don't care who trains them. But I see that too many players end up on a team where they don’t get a chance to develope because they don’t play matches. That would be if we didn’t pay attention to who is coaching the players. Because the thing is, it doesn’t matter what teams the players go into, contrary to your idea. The very few Indian players that exist at all.

The other thing to try is to keep the new Indian users from stopping the game. To this end, I still posted a request today (and in the past too) for old Indian users to help the new ones with their advice.

Congratulations, of course, on defeating the Germans, but this past success will not bring things forward.

I'm just training pace currently and not DEF, although I can assist any of the players who need pace. I have 1 magical head coach, 2 brilliant assistants and 1 incredible assistant.

Suggest you upgrade your incredible assistant to brilliant as well sometime in the next 2 seasons as you will be handling the load for training defenders.
Since we have so many talented defenders, even if we get 1 terrific defender every season we will be sorted.
2022-03-19 19:06:43
Yes, will do that in the future.
2022-03-19 19:11:12
But I see that too many players end up on a team where they don’t get a chance to develope because they don’t play matches. That would be if we didn’t pay attention to who is coaching the players. Because the thing is, it doesn’t matter what teams the players go into, contrary to your idea. The very few Indian players that exist at all.

I agree to this. Our U21 team has grown tremendously because of the well directed training given to mids by Bonanza, attackers by Attila, defenders by Hoodibaba and Akito, goalkeepers by Stevens and general pace training by myself. It's not a coincidence that we had a strong previous season even with our U20 players.

It is nice that you are developing your pupils. The effects of this work will be in the senior representation in a few years.

Hi, I'm a candidate for the head coach of the India national team. I count on your vote to lead the selection to victories.

Nanga on TL. Now I know how an NT striker's skills are expected to be. Was expecting him to be atleast magical in striking but he's a bomb nevertheless. He's originally from New Gunner, shame that the owner isn't around.

I noticed that Manjit Pavan who is our best 22y hasn't played games for his club since the past 2 months. Can you mail the owner of the club and ask him to sell him? I too have mailed him. Also, if we want a strong future NT, we need to track if players are getting games or not or otherwise they'll be wasted.
