I noticed that Manjit Pavan who is our best 22y hasn't played games for his club since the past 2 months. Can you mail the owner of the club and ask him to sell him? I too have mailed him. Also, if we want a strong future NT, we need to track if players are getting games or not or otherwise they'll be wasted.

So I browsed through the strikers we have been pulling out in the past seasons. Looks like we get a good striker every alternate season. We have 25y Sundaramoorthy currently representing NT already, 23y Najeeb, 21y Engineer and 19y Arora. Saloni who was just recently pulled is 18y and kind of refreshingly breaks the pattern. Of course, we also have Shilpa, Manohari and Ragunathan but I don't think they are NT material. And if you go a little further back, there's 28y Subbarayan representing our NT and pairing up with Sundaramoorthy.

The frequency of good strikers being pulled needs to increase but the only way currently is by increasing the number of active managers.

I also wrote to his manager, but I suspect he ended the game. Hasn't logged in for a long time. I agree with the attackers. We have no problems with them. It is also stable with defenders. The biggest problem is with the midfielders. In the last sparring games, I checked the youngsters. It didn't look good, but I hope we'll get through this more difficult moment somehow. Now the Asia Cup and I believe that we will win it for the third time in a row. India to fight.

I have noticed that you are playing Sundaramoorthy and Subbarayan as regular forwards so are you looking to slowly phase out Saripella and Nanga? Will they be playing in the Asian Cup? I'm asking because in the last two, they had a huge contribution.

I want to introduce younger ones, but slowly. It is important for me to defend the title of the Asian champion, so experienced players will also play.

After many years of working for India, it's time to say goodbye. This season we won the Asian Cup for the third time in a row. I am proud of the players. Throughout all these seasons, however, I feel unsatisfied. My aim was to advance to the World Cup. Failed to. Thanks to everyone who developed India's young players. It is thanks to you that these good matches with Germany and other top teams were possible. Now it's time for a change. I wish success to the new coach. Regards

Yes I too thought we could have made it to the next round of the world cup but unfortunately it wasn't meant to be.

Tomorrow will be my last game with the Indian National Team. I would like to thank you all for contributing to the development of the team. I believe that this team can afford promotion to the World Cup and I wish this to the new manager. If I can advise you on something, it is worth setting this team to 5 defenders and 2 forwards.
