I am Radek Jaskot. I am Polish, and I live in Italy (Ravenna).

I am very happy that I can candidate to be national coach of India.

Many mebers from India should know me from forum.
At start I helped you with promote sokker in India (I have found about 25 new members).
I made forum's thread "Questions" where I Responsed to your questions with Pauwell and other sokker's members.

The community of Indian in sokker isn't very big, after one season you have about 32 members, but you make good training and you are good coaches.

This season in sokker will be played Qualification for World Cup, so India will prove to be qualificated.

We haven't many time to build strong team. We must create the base of Indian players in sokker and collaborate with all Indian members.

I think that with some work of all Indian members we will build really strong team.
India has really good potency, and now ass said Aristoteles, we must trasform potency in act - good national team.

The next season will be the base of the future of Indian NT in sokker.
We must do it good if we want be a strong country.
Look for example Italy: They are really strong, becacuse they worked in the first season really good. I was scout of national team of Italy and I know their database of players. It's really good work and we have to have own database.
Look at Romanian national team. They first of jaworlegia haven't never good coach and we can see their result, they are out of World Cup.

So OBJECTIVES for the next season are:
- create Indian players database.
- find good avversaries for friendly matches.
- make good base of the future of India in sokker.
- qualification for World Cup

I know organise me and my team. I will create a group of 5-6 person that will help my with national team, there will be:
- 3-4 scouts
- 1 man of public relation
- 1-2 man of tactic's group

In world ranking of national teams the minimum for next season will be positions 1-35 and qualification for World Cup.

It will be really difficulty season, we have to build quickly strong team for WC qualification, I think we can do it.

Congrats mate :)

This isn't the Poland forum.

As I said one season ago, I will not candidate for the second time.
I know I could make more and better with NT.
At now I lost all the matches, but India didn't play with a "new nation" NT.
Next Saturday we will play against Nippon and with the match I would make first winner for India.

I hope the next NT coach will be an india member. For the winner I have the database of players with their skills, next coach will have to update some players' skills.

Thanks Radek. Being the first coach of a new NT team is very difficult. Good luck with your club.

I agree with slade it does take some guts to be the NT coach of a new country.
I doubt anyone could have done much better.
Hopefully next season will be better 4 us.

You've gotta love the amount of people who run for the NT management though. People you never see on the Indian forums before this, and who, if they don't get elected, you know are going to leave :D

Anyway well done Radek, I disagreed with a lot of your selections and tactics but you were always active and generally helpful. Hopefully you'll still hang around SK India.

Indian: Hoodibaba or Slade
Other: Cloete

One of them is able to be new NT's coach.
They know very good Indian sokker and they are with Indian NT from the start.
