So I was watching the recent India U21 vs Republic Dominica U21 game and I noticed that we had just 11 main players and 0 subs. 1 one of our player got injured and there was essentially no one to replace him and thus we were playing with just 10 men for the majority of the game. Apologies for my harsh words but this is not acceptable from our NT coach.

That's a good observation. M4 why weren't there any substitutes? We were wining the match but ultimately lost because of this. This lowers our NT ranking. I noticed even in the previous match there was just 1 sub.
I know these are friendlies but it affects our ranking.

I have less time lately ... if you have another candidate for the next season I will give up my job ..

You may have less time but setting up 16 players is the least you can do as NT coach. Anyway, thanks for clarifying that you may not be available next season.
