Subject: [U21 NT] M4Niek
Yes wouldn't mind voting for you.
M4Niek seems to be a bit busy nowadays.
There's another candidate running for the NT coach.
He messaged me asking for support.
I told him he should run for U21 coach.

I've checked both present candidates. One of them looks much better than second one and should be considered.
I'm not on hurry to take any NT job. I am on Sokker holidays from 8 past seasons or so. Still playing, but collecting money on lower decks without fighting, just "sailing". Minimum attention required.
Therefore I wrote"at last resort":) No other NT, even Poland, can hire me, but for India I can make an exception always. If nescessary.

Could you tell us what you checked?
I don't really know what to see, except maybe experience and titles won

Well, experience is important of course, but not most important. Almost every guy who playing few years knows how to play, in general. This is not a rocket science.
I'am cheking tactical abilities at first. When I see same tactic every game over and over - not looking very tactician for me. I'm not expecting different tactics every game, but whole season without any changes? Come on...
Next I'm looking on experience, titles won and all the rest details. Some speech on forum from candidate can help. Silent candidates are not my favourites as well

Till now, we just have 1 candidate. Just checked the profile of theentersandman . He has a tendency to play with 3 defs, 5 mids and 2 fwds. He used it quite effectively in his own league and got promoted but those were games mostly againtst opponents with lower average mark or equal average mark. He used 3 different tactics throughout the season with just 1 major tactic being employed. Will be interesting to see how he handles the Indian U21 team (which isn't too strong) if he gets elected.
U-21 requaires special approach to tactic. Youngsters are less skilled, skills are eradic, their stamina is on low level in most cases. All of this forcing coach to think different comapring to senior NT, where players are ready to play on high level or close to be ready.
hello, you're right my favorite line up is with 3 5 2.
I tried differents tattics trought yrs and find this solution flexibal and useful in diffent ways.
As you can see 3 defs allows me to keep safe my goal most of the times, defenders plays carefuylly near the keeper and avoid to go further.
5 mids are very useful because 1 of them plays supporting strikers and helps central mids for counter attack. At the sides mids are fast and able to play even in defence when under pressure (slide diagonal).
2 fwds always in the upper side of the field, sometimes one go back in support of avanced mid but the focus is the net.
probably you noticed another 352 more close in the middle, I use this when I got red card or if I need to attack 'til death.
Sometimes I use 1 fwd with similar structure, it happens when the other fwd is not available (or not good enough to play the whole match) and when I face a very strong opponent.
I hope this could help to understand my philosophy. Questions are welcome.
Ciao
