So 1 of my players got injured at half time. He received only 73% eff of advanced training. I plan to replace him with another player in positional training.
If I do that, I assume he will lose the advanced training for that match?

Also, we have to click on https://sokker.org/pl/app/training/training-setup/ to setup the orders right? Because nothing is showing in the traing page as yet.

A good question and I don't know the answer to that but I will guess that if you replace him, then he will get no advanced training.

Yeah, let's set up training on that link.

The training page is live now.

The complementary skills i.e. Stamina, Pace, Technique, Passing, can be assigned for any formation and will be trained for each formation with the same effect.

What does this mean??

For example my training settings:

GK ... Pace
DEF ... Technique
MID ... Playmaking
ATT ... Pace

So I can train playmaking for players with MID setting. But I can't train playmaking with DEF or ATT setting.

I recently changed to PACE training.

How should I set up my team for maximum training?

I am trying to buy young (under 22) defenders, playmakers and strikers with at least formidable / outstanding in their primary skills and low in pace. Is this the correct strategy?

I have an unearthly pace main coach

That's a good strategy. Now, suppose you are training a defender, how high a defender he can be and how low in pace he will be depends also on whether you can afford that defender. For example, suppose there are 2 players:

Player1 Age 20:
solid pace formidable defender

Player2 Age 20:
excellent pace incredible defender

Among these players, you have to make a choice whether you should go for Player1 or Player2 depending on the money you can afford to spend on transfers, obviously Player2 will be more costly. Remember, you need to buy 10 players so you need to make sure that you have enough money in the account even after buying those 10 players.

Also, make sure that even if you are training pace, your player shouldn't be too low in pace as compared to the other main skill otherwise by the time he improves in pace, his age will be too high and you won't get any profit on selling him.

An example of an Irish defender from my club:

I'll give you 2 examples of my successful trained players in pace(1 DEF and 1 MID):

Bought:

Date: 20th June 2021
Price: 250 020 $

Danny McMupp, age: 20, height: 191 cm

[6]adequate stamina [1]hopeless keeper
[8]solid pace [11]formidable defender
[8]solid technique [3]poor playmaker
[2]unsatisfactory passing [3]poor striker

Sold

Date: 21st May 2022
Price: 1 420 000 $

Danny McMupp, age: 23[+3], height: 191 cm

[11 +5]formidable stamina [1]hopeless keeper
[16 +8]unearthly pace [12 +1]outstanding defender
[9 +1]very good technique [5 +2]average playmaker
[4 +2]weak passing [5 +2]average striker

This player was extremely talented and that's why he reached unearthly so quickly so it also depends on the talent of a player. That was one of my most successful transfers by the way and you won't always expect this kind of margin with all the players you are training. It also depends on the market condition and luck, sometimes you will be able to buy very good players for very cheap price.
Also, after you have bought and sold a player, if you get some kind of a profit, try to buy a player who is slightly better than the earlier player. Since you have earned some money, you will be able to afford a better player. That way, your team strength also grows slightly with every player you buy and sell.

What does this mean??

It means that DEF has primary skill as defender, MID has primary skill as playmaker and ATT has primary skill as striker. If you try to train your defenders with DEF order as playmaking, then you won't receive the full efficiency as compared to being trained under MID order with playmaking. But since passing is a secondary skill, you can train any player with DEF as passing with full efficiency.
2022-07-24 20:57:38
So if I want to train my DEF in playmaking, should I play him as a MID?
2022-07-24 21:01:16
So if I were to train my DEF in anything other than defending or pace, they won't get full efficiency?
2022-07-24 21:23:07
Yes, you can train him to playmaking only in MID setting.
2022-07-24 21:25:49

Correct

So if I were to train my DEF in anything other than defending or pace, they won't get full efficiency?

You can also train in stamina, tech, passing to get full efficiency but not in playmaking, striking, keeping.

So I assume for MID the primary skills are passing, pm, pace, stamina and tech.
For ATT it's striker, tech, pace and stamina.
And for GK it's keeping, pace, passing and stamina.

5 of my players have been injured currently. Does anyone know the possible reason for this?
2022-08-30 11:19:34
Are they playing too many matches every week?
