What's the advantage of an away friendly? Shouldn't we try to keep friendlies at home to get money from tickets?

I use sokker organizer to track players' progress.
You can get good assistant coaches later. At present invest in an Unearthly Jr. coach.

Set number of places to 6 first as you will get max 6 new jrs every week. If you set it at 16 you will pay for 16 but only get max 6. If you get 2 in the 1st week then make it 8. Then in the 2nd week if you have 5 make it 11. Max is 30. I would say take max number of jrs.

Right now it will be easy to win matches and reach the top league soon as you r playing against bots only. So concentrate on juniors, they will make you alot of money. you can buy a decent keeper, 2 decent DEF and 1 decent ATT to start. Then add 1 MID if you have the cash. These guys will be your match winners.

I would say buy players who need pace training and train them. Pace is the easiest to train and all players who play a match get pace training. So buy 1 young ATT, max 21 with formidable tech and striker, max good pace. Limit your main squad to 16 players. 1 GK, 6 DEF, 6 MID and 3 ATT. The other players would just be fillers.

Make sure your main coach is unearthly in pace and 1 other skill that you might want to train.

If you see your stadium is running at full capacity, build some seats or terraces along the length of the pitch.

Make sure you play a friendly every week for additional training.

Don't train stamina now, train it in the few weeks between seasons when you have only 1 match a week. When you train stamina, all players get training even if they don't play. Plus stamina goes only upto formidable.

You might not be able to buy an unearthly jr. coach initially. The wages are very high plus you will spend a bomb to get one. Play a few weeks with the team you have. Understand the expenses and incomes before spending. Get a coach whom you can afford above outstanding general skill.

My guideline for jrs., see there age when they graduate from the school. Should be atleast:
16y- Good
17y- Solid
18y- Excellent
19y- Formidable
20y- Incredible

If they can reach this skill level, you won't get anything for them when you sell. But, if they are 1 or 2 levels less you might be able to train them to be better than your current set of players. Especially the 16 and 17 yr olds.

The money in a friendly is split equally. If I play the league match at home I play the friendly away just to mix things up and keep the fans happy.

Playing friendly away is good option when you play home official same week. It gives your pitch more time to regenerate after league match. Pitch in good condition decreasing possibility of injuries.

Pay attention on sparringpartner stadium before you choose club you want play away friendly. Try to find club with huge stadium to reach bigger match revenue.

Stadiums with roof are good, there is no attendance penalty because of bad weather.

Yes my previous club's name was Pune FC and user name was Bartimaeus. Good guess!

Apollo is a software that I found on the beginner's guide written by Charles Hill. I found it in the international forum.

Also, I can see that there are 3 users online from India right now. We both and the other one might be a new user since both babuavi and carvalho are not online. Let's hope he stays.
Now, I can see just 2 users. Maybe he went offline. Might be his account is yet to be approved.

There have been very few active users in India. I was the first. It's nice to have someone else that's active in the forums.

Maybe you are surprised when some guy from Poland giving advices to India user. I am former NT India coach and still connected to India by sentiment. Forgive me:)

All credits must go to Hoodibaba. He is the only who keep things running here. Thanks to him both NTs can play at all. I hope you will be the second one now.

I can't give you a solid assurance that I will stay around for atleast say 2 years. I'm going to start with my Masters this Fall so I won't be having as much spare time as right now. But I'll definitely try to keep my club running and keep pulling out new juniors for our NT.

I started playing when I was 19, I'm 35 now. There were times when I didn't have access to the internet for months, so I had to ask someone else to just login and logout for me to keep my account active.
If you can't be too active it's fine. Just login once a month so that later you don't have to start from scratch.
