Hmm, I think I can then spend some of my money for laying out a new pitch type as avoiding those few injuries is crucial for the young players to reach their max potential.
I'm currently going by the policy of constant money sink where I continuously spend much of my cash in stadium boosts, coach upgradations, junior school investment, etc. The main reason why I'm doing this is because firstly, I don't need money for urgent transfers since everything is a breeze for me currently due to the lack of quality of opponents. Secondly, my team and training regime is set and I'm not looking for any radical changes to the club in terms of changing a training routine, bringing in new big players, etc. Thirdly, in this season, I'm actually expecting some big returns from the junior school. So constantly investing in other stuff (and yeah having a very marginal account balance) develops my club rapidly on all fronts.

Keep up good work!
It's a long term game, so investments must be made at the beggining. Earnings will come with time. F.ex. I'm not making any investments (except players) since 10 seasons or more. I have all what I need:)

I don't see myself taking too long to reach your level. Maybe 2 years:P
You are in best position to become rich in short time period. You will play in highest league next season with highest income from sponsors. Winning most of games gives you rapid increasing number of fans -> stadium attendance.
The only thing you must now is to withstand the financial pressure one or two seasons more. Here in Poland we don't have such kind of luxury. It takes much more time to achieve financial tranquility:)

To be honest, I'll happily swap playing in the lowest league in Poland, earning less but competing with real players as opposed to playing at the highest league in India, earning more and getting these fatuous victories over bots.
The frustration of day in and day out(maybe week in and week out lol) playing these pointless league games (which should be anything but pointless) is just different.
But yeah, I completely get your point.

I get your point too:)
And what can I say - you are absolutely right. Playing with real managers give much more fun, even if it mean less earnings. Well, you'll try some serious competition when you meet Hoodibaba and his team on your way:P

He would actually earn a lot more in Poland in both sponsorship and gate takings.
This has been proven and why new teams in larger nations can grow at a much faster rate.
This all comes down to a lot of inactive/bots/growing teams in Div V poland, with large fanclub members, and as sponsorship is highly reliant on average fanclub membership in the league, it means that when a new team promotes to Div V Poland, they are joining a very high average fanclub count and get a lot more money.
The difference is significant too. Comparing new teams in Australia and Poland/Italy. Australian team starting at the same time, in to the 2nd last division (Div 2) was getting half the sponsorship than a newly promoted team to Div V Poland. That is huge, and that is just the sponsorship, take in to account gate takings, and you are talking millions more money just for being in a large country

Players are getting older today. I hate those days:)

In all likelihood, I'll be meeting him next season and it won't be really much of a competition for either him or me as the result will be the same (at least for a few seasons). But I can go all out with 10 defenders for a draw :D
Come to India and start a team here :P
Now that's really worth considering for players from countries that have a disproportionately high number of users.

I think I might've said this before but the way the teams from small countries are treated over here is very identical to how the ICC (International Cricket Council) treats Associate and Affiliate teams.
Also, when our 2nd Division teams receive less money than the Division 5 teams, then there's really no point in keeping those Champions Cup games since players from small countries will never win the Champions Cup due to less sponsorship.

"since players from small countries will never win the Champions Cup due to less sponsorship."
This is both correct and incorrect.
There is 1, maybe 2 teams in Aus that could win the CC, but to do that, they would use their entire savings from 15yrs (yes years not seasons), of playing sokker, and would not be able to recover from it.
This is what happened for the Luxomberg player who won, he used all his money in the season or so leading up to it to buy the team to win, won, then disappeared and went bot.
But no team from a small nation could win it unless they have 15yrs of savings, and then it would still cripple them financially as they would need to have sold off all trainees and bought all very old.

Try to win highest league in Poland. You need players above 10 mln euro each to do this and this is minimum value I think.
I've been playing few seasons in II league many seasons ago. I've reached 3rd place one time there. It was devastating for club finances and force me to make cooldown to avoid bankruptcy. Advancing to highest league was just impossible. And this is standard situation.
Maybe we got more from sponsors, but this is nothing comparing to needs. Competition is extremaly hard in big Sokker countries. Now I'm in V league and must play with players 3-5 mln euro each to avoid relegation.
Point of view depends on point of sitting:)

Needing better players is not a reason for deserving more money though. Very different things.
Also if everyone in the league is getting more, then all getting more money does is give you an advantage over other countries. It actually won't help you because everyone in your league is getting it.
It is why so often teams in Poland/Romania/Italy, can be rating 60 within a very short time, but small countries cannot.
Also the fact you can afford to have such players, proves you are getting more. People in small countries normally cannot afford to be doing this, so they end up in a similar position, where they struggle financially. The difference is, the small country then cannot compete in international competitions (such as Champions Cup and National League, and the small country can't buy the better players on the transfer market).
So yes, Poland do get more money than other countries. KataukP will not be at your level in 2 years because he won't get enough from sponsors or gate takings.
And whilst I know the Indian guys are happy with your work and activity around the forums, it would be good for you to understand and see that things are stacked against them within the coding of the game, rather than trying to say why you deserve to get paid more from the time you join the game onwards (not talking about you now vs a new guy in India, but that a new guy in poland in 2nd last league, gets double the sponsorship a new guy in India gets in the 2nd last league)

I never wrote that present code is a masterpiece, but I can understand why.
Try to look from the other hand. If new manager in Poland/Romania/Italy get same ammount of money from sponsors etc like new manager in India's V league, he'll need a lifetime to build team suitted for highest league.
To participate in Champions Cup big countries needs more than clubs from smaller countries. If Hoodibaba will get same club money as Polish/Romanian/Italian champion, Hoodibaba will won every Champions Cup edition with his second lineup. He doesn't need big investments to win national league and he can save assets to use it for Champions Cup.
Besides, who cares about Champions Cup?:P

Actually if a new team in Poland/Romania/Italy got what the India sides got, then yes, then it still wouldn't take a long time, because other new teams would join them, and they would all increase based on skill, not handouts.
Then when one gets the autopromotion, or beats bots to move up, they will still be getting more than the Indian team because they will get more in gate receipts.
The thing is, when we all share the same transfer market, when we have NT matches and there's the champions cup, then everyone needs to have a chance, or else the competition is pointless, it its unfair when a team that has been around a small league for years, gets regularly outbid by polish managers who have been around for months.
Also when this occurs, there is very little incentive for the big one or two clubs in small nation to stick around to help new teams out. This is because they are destroying their leagues, but getting less and less sponsorship and gate intake because of new teams coming and going. But at the same time, they cannot compete with big nations because they get paid so much less.
And finally, if Honduras got the same SPONSORSHIP as Polish/Romania/Italy, they still wouldn't beat them very easily, because they get a lot less in gate intake because their competition has a lot less supporters (less pressure to get to the top, means smaller and newer teams make it, which means less members and therefore less gate takings), so the small nation is still disadvantaged, but the disadvantage isn't written in to the code of the base salary. All evening out the sponsorship would do is reduce the disadvantage for small nations, not remove it.
And what do you mean about being able to use 2nds to win the league? Even the best teams in small nations can't use 2nds to win their national league, and using 1sts in your league match, doesn't mean you can't use 1sts in the Champions Cup. Most people use 1sts in both, so it literally makes no difference that argument
