Right now there are around 5 managers in India. Me, Hoodibaba, Babuavi, Carvalho and Lala Bhai. Of them, I guess around 4 are quite active except Carvalho. Thus, the current scene in India in terms of active managers looks very depressing. Is there a way to contact those managers who left the game and encourage them to come back? I am a returning manager (I left because I wanted to focus on studies) so I guess some of the managers who left the game due to their own different reasons can be encouraged to come back. What do you guys think? If the number of users in India even reaches 20, it will be more fun.
Babuavi is also a returning manager.
That would be great. But how do we contact them? Unless someone knew them outside the game it's not possible.

I think from now on, we need to keep track of all new managers that join the game. We need to mail them and help them out in understanding the game. That's the only way by which can build a strong enough Sokker community in India.
I decided to try out PLUS and got this info about the users list from India. 4 users excluding me, joined the game in the past 3 months and none of them stayed on. Here are the club names.

Joining dates on the right side. Of course, I'm seeing this because I'm availing PLUS currently but if I decide to stop using PLUS, there is no way we'll be able to understand who joined the game. So we need a regular PLUS user to let us know about the new user so that we can contact them. I went to the club pages of all these users and found that apart from Grey Star United, no one logged in again after the first login.
So basically, we need to keep a look out for new users and engage with them from our side.

I used to do that even though I don't have Plus.
So I used to manually go to all the leagues and look for knew teams, used to know the teams by heart.
I then sent mails to all the new users but nobody ever replied. So I also gave up.

Just noticed today that a new user has joined. The number of users has increased from 5 to 6. If anyone has PLUS subscription, can anyone look into who is that person so that we can mail him?

I won't be getting plus again after being complete ignored when trying to say ways to make the game grow in smaller nations, and pointing out things only those who have experienced being a smaller nation understand.
Manually I find pretty easy though as in countries as small as ours, you only need to check the 4 div 2 leagues, and it will always be one of the top teams.
I have had a few replies, maybe 10-20%. But none of them have ever gone on to learn the game properly even when I try to help on that side.
I won't be getting plus again after being complete ignored when trying to say ways to make the game grow in smaller nations, and pointing out things only those who have experienced being a smaller nation understand.

Prior to coming back, our forum was dead, but with some thought out topics to help navigate, and probably a little too much talk, there is some activity now which is great, and easy ways for people to find things
