Subject: [U21 NT] TES

Hello sokker managers, I would be proud to lead India U21 into new successes and achive a better ranking. I have 10 yrs in sokker and now get promoted in Italian Serie C with my club. I really want to do my best for India U21 in this new challenge... just give me a chance!

I hope you know that in u-21 you must work with players who are not skilled like your club players? Some tactics suitable for seniors will not work for youngsters.

Stamina is main issue here. In second half expecially. If you like play with 3 defenders, you must take it into consideration. In this case defs mus have high stamina or must be replaced in second half. Otherwise they are easy to beat by rival's attackers or midfielders because they can't run same quickly like in first half.

Hi Wiki I Will take into strong consideration.
In my club I prefer 3 Def and I buy Players good for this.
In NT things are different, I Will work on what I find and maybe use other tactic.

I just checked the total number of juniors in junior schools. We currently have 68 juniors distributed across 4 junior schools. Lagends FC (22), MINDHUNTER (21), Pune FC (14), New Gunner (11). You can SK mail us or just post on the forum if you have any questions. Myself and Hoodibaba are active on the forum but I guess you have to SK mail MINDHUNTER and New Gunner. Also, you can try mailing Aguardilho FC to open a junior school so that we can have all Indian users with junior school. I had mailed him once but he didn't respond.

Little tip for your scout - check transfer histories of all "living" managers in India. It's not much work with it. You can find interesting players sometimes

You will see some changes and during the match we will use different tattics.

Unfortunately I don't have skills for all players... however I trust in my instinc!
