It was an even game yesterday with both teams getting their fair share of chances. Soondaramoorthy scored in 1 out of the 2 one on ones that he got. Chandramouli again came to the rescue yesterday when he made 3 outstanding saves in the 2nd half and the result could've easily gone their way if they had scored in even 1 of the 3 big opportunities that they go. But we were really unlucky since they scored in the 85th minute and I was expecting Chandramouli to save again but it was not to be. Our team is so delicate that we feel the vacuum of even 1 player when he gets injured, case in point being Suksma. We need strong depth for our team but with so few active managers, there's only so much that we can do. However, I'm getting some good juniors join my YS recently so I'm pretty optimistic about the future.
From the opposing team, the two Whittakers along with Fuller were really good. With Fuller I observed that his pace and technique was outstanding but his striking was not up to the mark but still he was very effective. Which leads me to think, even if we get a player with really strong pace and technique but who is okayish in striking (min good of course), he'll still challenge the opposition defenders.

A good game, Jamica didn't deserve to loose but the goal in the end was so salt.
I think our main problem is that Gambir and Tilak are not strong enought to be regular starter. Unfortunately we are out of players explecially in the midfield and we have not other choice.
Let's go and see next match… I'm going to change something.

Yeah man, Gambhir is a pain to watch. Tilak at least has pace lol.

Just did some scouting about some Jamaican players that we played against recently (using sokker-manager.net).
The date is the date when they were last transferred and the skills are the players skills at that time. Whittaker was transferred 2 months back and he was incredible in striking at that time. Also, Fuller a year back was good in pace and striking and very good in technique so we can only imagine his skills currently!

This is a nice study and gives importance to our defence.
We need an other midfielder same level of nikhil/naini/anees to be competitive. For this reason I Will try 3 strikers next time, Sukusma has important skill in Defence and playmaking so he Will be close to midfield.
Tilak is fast and could be usefull in the end.
Gambhir will be relaxed on the bench.

Just quickly gathered data about Saudi Arabia players who we will be facing in the next game. These are players who were in the playing 11 in the previous game that they played. There are 7 players in total and I couldn't gather data about the other 4 since they were never placed on the TL. Def1 is the sum of pace and defence. Mid1 is the sum of pace, tech, pass and pla. Mid2 is the pass and play whereas Str1 is pace, tech and str.
Some insights:
1) Hasan is too slow so we can somehow look to exploit his position by fielding Soondaramoorthy near him since Soondaramoorthy has good pace.
2) Both of their mids are quite similar but it looks like Hosni is the most valuable player in their team since he got the highest bid.
3) Their forwards don't look very threatening and I think our defenders won't have much problems in dealing with them.
One catch is that some players were sold about 2-3 months ago which is about 3/4 of a season which means that they might have improved in their skills by ~2-4 skill points all around.

We can request the mods to put 2 of these players on TL. What do you say? The 2 teams have not become bots yet but it doesn't look like the user might log in again.

Good idea. They could be useful next season if trained. Are you going to ask it?

Have asked. Let's see if we get a positive response since the teams aren't actually bots yet.

The mod said that he can't put the players on TL unless the user doesn't log in for 50 days. We can maybe remind them after 50 days.

I was a little concerned after the 1st half today but surprisingly, 2 of our most underrated players raised their bar today to get us this win. Shilpa outshone both Sundaramoorthy and Suksma (maybe because he was better placed) and Dasdidar was a super sub who bought us that 3rd goal which was mostly his with Sundaramoorthy just ensuring that the ball goes in. We had a discussion about Dasdidar playing in the front and while I was skeptical about it, it turned out to be quite an innovative move by @TES that got us in that extra goal. Also looking back, that Naini perfect short pass to Shilpa for the 1st goal set the tone so Naini has played a crucial hand in this win although he looked a bit worn out in the 2nd half.
We finally got a win after 3 successive draws which also means that we are now unbeaten for 4 games.
