Yeah, even with 10 players we got this draw which is really commendable.
2020-11-28 15:34:25
I don't want to play for a drawn against HK. This is a good chance for us... let's do it!

Amazing win today, Shilpa the super sub making an impact right from the minute he came on to the pitch. I think we easily had the upper hand throughout the game, it was just a question of finding the right spaces and then making the run towards the goal, where Anees helped Shilpa in getting that ball and then the most perfect finish, far away from the keeper. We finish the group stage with 2 wins a draw despite a plague of injuries and multiple changes in the playing 11. But everyone raised their hand up in these trying times and gave their best and ensured that we finish the group stage on a high without any loss.

Future NT stars (Indian players < 20 )

Just going to discuss a bit on the future 8 Indian NT prospects who will play a crucial role in the team 2-3 seasons from now as we are nearing the end of this season. These are our future players 2 seasons down the line. Of course, more players will be added to the list as new players get pulled out. It's also good to see that even carvalho (Aguardilho FC) has opened his junior school.

1) Ajayan Makarand (18)
Junior School: Lagends FC
Current Club: Pride Troopers (Poland)
Last Transfer Date: 07/11/2020
Last Transfer Price: 16 812 500 Rs.
Future Position: Def/Str

Skills at transfer:

xxx stamina hopeless keeper
good pace very good defender
adequate technique average playmaker
hopeless passing good striker

Description: Has a total sum of 20 points as striker and 16 points as defender. Very impressive numbers considering his age. Could be more like a future Zev for our NT, our player who is very less talked about but performs his job impeccably. Yet to make his debut.

2) Tejas Satwant (18)
Junior School: Lagends FC
Current Club: VV Ermelo (Netherlands)
Last Transfer Date: 17/10/2020
Last Transfer Price: 5 900 000 Rs.
Future Position: Maybe Mid

Skills at transfer:

xxx stamina hopeless keeper
adequate pace adequate defender
very good technique average playmaker
average passing adequate striker

Description: A jack of all cards, master of none kind of player but has really good dribbling skills. Difficult to predict his future position as it will be totally dependent on the training he receives. Already has 4 games under his belt at such a young age mainly due to injuries to some of our senior players. He has done the best of what he could do. Part of the team that has currently finished unbeaten in the group stage of the Asian Cup and in fact has played in all the group stage games. Turning out to be a player that we can trust. Striker sum points: 21, Midfield sum points: 25

3) Senthil Munusamy (19)
Junior School: Lagends FC
Current Club: Lupii Negri Galsa (Romania)
Last Transfer Date: 12/10/2020
Last Transfer Price: 44 125 000 Rs.
Future Position: Def

Skills at transfer:

xxx stamina hopeless keeper
average pace incredible defender
adequate technique weak playmaker
weak passing average striker

Description: Will be our most important defender at the back especially when he turns 21. His defending skill is the best in our NT even if we include senior players, that's my guess at least. His low pace is a bit of a handicap but I'm sure he is being trained in pace currently. Went for the most amongst these new players and has 8 caps.

4) Tomba Shilpa (19)
Junior School: MINDHUNTER
Current Club: FC Rupiecie (Poland)
Last Transfer Date: 22/08/2020
Last Transfer Price: 13 062 500 Rs.
Future Position: Str

Skills at transfer:

xxx stamina tragic keeper
average pace poor defender
good technique average playmaker
unsatisfactory passing very good striker

Description: Has teamed up nicely with Sundaramoorthy in the recent games and just recently scored a crucial 2nd half goal against HK in the Asian Cup to help us win the game, which was also one of the most perfect finishes. Still is a bit inconsistent with his performance but has played really well in important games. Could very well be a big game player and is being nicely trained in Wiki's club. Has already scored 3 goals for India and is currently the foremost prospect as striker. Striker sum points: 21.

5) Arun Chiba (19)
Junior School: Lagends FC
Current Club: Pune FC (India)
Last Transfer Date: 29/08/2020
Last Transfer Price: 63000 Rs.
Future Position: Def

Skills at transfer:

poor stamina tragic keeper
very good pace solid defender
average technique poor playmaker
average passing unsatisfactory striker

Description: Certainly not the best of the prospects but will certainly do his job when given the chance (just went for his best price). Is being currently given defending and pace training in my club, still yet to make his debut in defence due to fierce competition. Might be a decent reserve/main team player in the future.

6) Raman Najeeb (18)
Junior School: Pune FC
Current Club: News Time (Italy)
Last Transfer Date: 05/12/2020
Last Transfer Price: 20 000 000 Rs.
Future Position: Mid/Str

Skills at transfer:

unsatisfactory stamina tragic keeper
weak pace average defender
good technique solid playmaker
average passing very good striker

Description: Recent pull from my club who has the potential to play either as a striker or a mid. Really good talent as well.

7) Tarif Subbarayan (17)
Junior School: Lagends FC
Current Club: Lagends FC (India)
Last Transfer Date: xxx
Last Transfer Price: xxx Rs.
Future Position: Mid

Skills:

poor stamina weak keeper
weak pace weak defender
poor technique average playmaker
very good passing average striker

Description: Recent pull from Lagends FC and Hoodibaba looks excited about him. Our future NT mid.

8) Avinash Velusamy (19)
Junior School: Pune FC
Current Club: Pena Sport (Spain)
Last Transfer Date: 05/12/2020
Last Transfer Price: 200 000 Rs.
Future Position: Str

Skills at transfer:

poor stamina hopeless keeper
adequate pace hopeless defender
very good technique poor playmaker
poor passing good striker

Description: Due to a lot of competition for the position of striker, not sure whether he'll even receive a game for NT but could be handy in bad situation where multiple strikers are injured or red carded.

We did it!
The game was good and I enjoyed a lot the chian Anees-Shilpa in the goal situation. Dasdidar player well too in my opinion, he is strong in Defence and he can win the ball in a strategic part of the filed.
Good work for everybody, Mamusamy is slow but he is a rock in Front of Defence... I Will remember it.

Now it's Singapore time.
I'm waiting for Kautukp analisys....

Very usefull study Kau!
I already had those players in my viewfinder but that syntesis gave me more ideas.
Of course everything will depends on the training plan they will get.... I hope the work will be right to replace our actual 21 aged.

Yeah, due to our strong performance in the group stage, we are now playing against Singapore in the pre-quarters who look like a weaker team than Hong Kong. Singapore is ranked 91st and gave an average mark of ~37 in the group stage games. They drew against stronger UAE but lost easily against NZ and Moldova and finished 3rd in their group. I don't think we'll have much problem in the next game. I just checked our NT players and it looks like Anees won't be available in the next one as he has a red card. Nikhil and Tilak can make a comeback if they recover on time. Also, like the game against HK, we just need to find the right spaces and find that 1 goal somehow as we don't want to take this to extra time/penalties. Our unbeaten streak count restarts, we are now unbeaten for 3 games :P

The game that would be most worrying for us will be the winner of Australia and NZ. That's going to be one intense game where our players are going to be tested a lot, similar to the game against Vietnam.

There are a few other players as well like Vijay Mehul, Desmond Saji (trained in defending and pace in my club), Arijit Biswas (Lagends FC) who can also become good players. I also asked managers of clubs who bought Najeeb and Velusamy and they said that they will be trained in pace which is the right training that they need.
2020-12-06 19:53:30
Pls ask them if they are interested in my latest jr. pull as he also needs pace training.
When are you switching to pace training?
2020-12-07 04:25:50
I'll ask them but I'll be switching to pace training at the start of next season, because there's also 1 stamina training in between that I'll have to use.
2020-12-07 18:42:14
Why don't you only buy him then? He won't be too expensive.
You can train him in def for a few weeks and then pace when you switch.
If you don't have any spots left for training def, I can train him in def and then you buy him when you switch.
2020-12-08 04:07:11
Then you can train him in defending and I can try buying him next season when I start pace. I don't have any defending slots available currently but I plan to sell Dasdidar either at the end of this season or at the start of the next season so 1 slot will be empty.
