BREAKING NEWS!

I want you to know I won't candidate for India u21 next season.
Two seasons passed togheter were really amazing and I found here very good people.
Today I think my task is achived and I hope you will remember me in India u21 hall of fame.
India u21 today owns a wider DB then the past and it is still envoled in Asian Cup.
Today ranking points is 1.032,71 (position n. 67).
This represents an important success to celebrate!
I'm very proud of the 8 match unbeaten streak too, I hope this record will remain for a while...

When I met Hoodi I was looking for a NT experience.
He proposed me to work in U21 and I though it was a good idea.
First season I had to work a lot to understand players and correct way to use them.
Second season India performed very well, I don't know how Asian Cap will be in the end but I'm sure India was not one of the favourites... now let's play semifinal and enjoy the match.

Kau was great during all the season.
He was a strong support for my work and a very clever and prepared assistant (can I call you assistant?)

I will apply to a NT because I want to plan some years with players older the 21.
I didn't ask you to be India NT manager because I know you already have a good one and you're working fine togheter.
Please consider me in the futrue if a change will be needed, it will be very nice to welcome back "my players" in major team ;)

If you will allow me I would like to support India u21.
I can be an active part in your forum and buy some u21 players to train (for exemple).

Thanks TES, you have been an amazing coach for the U21 team and I really enjoyed collaborating with you and helping you in my smallest way possible. Your 2nd season as coach has been special for us and while we understand that you might have some commitments or interested in coaching other teams, we still would love to see you as our U21 NT coach in the future. I Will give all info and support to the new manager in order to start in the right way.... after 2 seasons I have an Excel DB very usefull....

Hi guys as our tradition I write below the line-up for tomorrow.
Unfortunately we lost Shipla (an other injuries in this season) but we have good solutions.
I was tempted to play agressive but then I decided to start with counter attack tactics, Armenia seems stronger then India and we're not in a hurry to score.
Manusamy and Tilak will begin but there will be time for Anees and Satwant too.
Don't be afraid revenge tactics is ready if needed....

I might have missed out on an additional 2-3 names but these guys were really the core of our team this season. Players like Chandramouli, Lanka and Naini have been instrumental for our rise as a team this season. Their impact on all our wins and draws can't be stressed enough. I also think players like Tilak, Subbarayan, Dasdidar and Rahulan did a fabulous job, especially comeback man Rahulan who filled the shoes of Rochan with utmost ease.

Let's hope the new guys raise their game like these players. The next season is not going to be easy.

I just checked the squad and it looks like the age update has been done and now we are just left with 15 players. Does this mean we won't be able to utilize the above mentioned players in the semi final game?

Sad ti say I was right... age update ereased our best Players from line up.
Hard work to do now....

We had our chances in the game but without Chandramouli guarding, it was always going to be an uphill task. Chohan clearly had a bad 1st game but it was heartening to see some of the other debutants like Makarand, Chiba and Biswas performing well. Our journey ends in the semi finals but this is a really great performance from our team considering the fact that we weren't even in the top 10 in Asian Cup by rankings when the groups were announced. Drawing against Vietnam and the win against Australia were the standout performances by our team in this tournament. Also, keeping a clean record against lower ranked teams. The unavailability of some of our core players really hurt us since we have very few good reserves but they gave their best. This is only the 1st time this season that we conceded more than 2 goals so it just goes to show how strong our defense has been throughout. The absence of Chandramouli, Naini, Lanka, etc was clearly felt.

Well I think the Age update has been a bigger problem for us, Armenia has a longer bench to count on.
They deserved to win but we had two clear chances in the 1st half with Sunda and Nikhil... unbelivable to waste these opportunities.
We had 4 players at their first match and I think they could be' the future of India u21.
Now we run for 3rd place.
Vietnam is an higher level team but we met it in the group and we played our game. Rochan Will be back and probably I will use him as one of the 3 Def even if he usually plays on Wings.
I really hope to salute you with a good match.

I saw Arun Govind [37654025] witout club and so I asked to save him.
He is not an important player now but he could be useful If well trained.

I also ask to Anthony Sadiq [37327278] manager to sell him because he doesn't play in the club. He is not trained and his form is very low.
