I thought you were using Sokker Viewer. Anyway, I prefer Sokker Viewer over Apollo as Apollo looks a bit outdated (mostly only player tracking) and the layout too is very bland.
@stevenscpr Good to see that you've opened a junior school as well as we badly need strikers for our U21 NT and you never know, your club might even pull out an NT star (hopefully a striker) sooner than later. And yes, like me, you can opt for an outstanding/incredible junior coach for now (whatever suits your budget) and for the first few weeks keep only players that have good (the adjective 'good' not the skillset one :P) potential. You can share your junior school with us (there's a thread on junior school) and we can give you suggestions on who to keep and not to keep. But at the end of the day, it's your own decision (We definitely don't want to sound too intrusive :|)

Just a thought....as his chances of pulling an NT worthy jr. are quite slim, don't you think it would be better he saves his money till he can afford a jr. school coach that can churn out good players??

Agreed. I think I started my junior school only after I was a few weeks in (don't remember the exact date). I think he can definitely start it sometime next season. But if he is insistent on starting it now, we can maybe guide him on keeping only the best juniors and sack the rest. Like keeping only a max of 10 worthies until he no longer has to worry about finance.
He can do that, share it on the jr. school forum.
Again for his benefit I'll repeat, in my experience a jr. is worth keeping only if he is at the following minimum skill level when he gets pulled from the jr. school.

17y - solid
18y - excellent
19y - formidable
20y - outstanding

Small update: have replaced one of my adequate assistant with a good assistant. So now I have 2 good assistants and 1 adequate assistant.
For those managers who don't have a qualifier game this Sunday, the Devs have provided the option of arranging a friendly.
Will be training stamina for this 1 week and then switch back to my 3rd week of pace training. My players have been very reserved till now in response to the previous 2 weeks of pace training.

- For the 1st 5 weeks, I had 2 adequate and 1 good assistant.
- In the 5th and 6th weeks respectively, I replaced both of my adequate assistants with good. So I now have 3 good assistants.

Pace Training Weeks: 3 Defending Training Weeks: 4
Total Trained Skill Pops: 18
Total Other Skill Pops: 19
Average pops/week: 5.28 (Excluded Stamina pops)

There hasn't been much of a difference in the number of pops/week with the inclusion of 3 new assistants. Yes, there is an extra trained and other skill pop but other than that, not much. Of course, there can be other factors like talent, inclusion of new players, one extra week of defending training in the current cycle, etc.
I'm planning to replace my incredible coach with a magical/brilliant one, but I'm not still getting a coach with the right skill distribution and wages at the right price. I might even use the skills select option in the future if the right coach continues to elude me on the TL.
