Suksma needs pace and some stamina and he's good to go as our NT striker. I think you'll be able to train him since your focus is on pace currently. Anees too can be trained for a few weeks in pace and he looks like a good attacking mid considering that he is 'good' in striker.

Muthukumar is back on the TL after he was unsold during the initial bidding and guess what, the owner is asking for the same amount that he had asked earlier. Let's see if the persistence pays off.

As the player did not sell for 125 000 $ the first time, maybe offer 31 250 $, which is still a profit for the person. He will also fit your training plans in the short term

That's a good idea and even though I'm stacked with 9 defenders already and 1 temporary defender pull from my club, I can still go for him albeit at a lower price with due negotiation. And of course, I'll have to sell 1 of my defenders to make space for newer potential defenders down the line.

I know that the amount you mentioned is just an example but I sold a similar defender (Jean Mandreanu) recently. He was excellent in both pace and defence but was pretty much worthless in other skills and I just got 5 250 $ So you see why I said that what he's asking is insanely high.
