Hello my friends!

My name is Michał. I playing Sokker since 2007. I had around 3 years break but I came back here few months ago. Before my break I was playing in polish II league. I have big experience with training young players and make good tactics.

I would like to be a coach of your U-21 team. I would like to cooperate with Przemo_89 and you guys, to make India much stronger than now. There are only 5 teams in your country, but if we will do it together we could build a strong young Team and senior NT.

I will not promise you that India U-21 will win all matches next season. We are still too weak. But I can promise that I will do my best to promote this team to higher place in global ranking, promote Indian young players and cooperate with you.
I also hope that you all would cooperate with me. I need your training slots and young schools to make something good with this team.

I can't give on you my vote, but if you will need slot for a defender player I can give you one :-) You help me to train Irish player so I can also support you :-) also if you will win election we can play a friendly match next season :-) good luck :-)

Selection in that small NT as India should start from youth school! :)

What is most important to me in running India U-21 team is youth schools. I will put great emphasis on you all to have it. I also would like to make database of all Indian juniors in your schools to observe the best talents and promising players. It will need also work from You to send me Your juniors one time a week, but I think it will pay off in a long term of time. I will help You all with YS if someone will have some questions. I can be tiring for you all about this, sorry :D

The junior schools are very important. I see the progress in this zone in Ireland. When I have started cooperation with Ireland the users didn't have the youth schools. Current there are 9 users in Ireland and 8 of them have them. In the future Ireland U21 and NT will be very strong.
