Just looking at our past coaches:

2) Flash (22-11-2010) - (03-07-2011) (8 months)
3) panchoahead (04-07-2011) - (23-09-2012) (1 yr 2 months)
4) avi (24-09-2012 )- (06-04-2014) (1 yr 7 months)
5) De Generaal (07-04-2014) - (27-07-2014) (3 months)
6) priyo (28-07-2014) - (29-05-2016) (1yr 10 months)
7) M4Niek (30-05-2016) - (24-05-2020) (4 yrs)
8) TES (25-05-2020) - (03-01-2021) (7 months) He is current coach of Israel.
9) Attila (04-01-2021) - Present
I got this straight from the History tab so this is useful in getting an idea about the previous coaches.

@Attila The most important stat that stands out for you, within the U21 category is the 3 wins out of 8 games when our avg mark is lower than 7 points of the opposition.
Yes the U21 team has been in existence for a long time.
De Generaal was the first NT coach of India and he really helped me a lot in the initial stages. He coached both the senior and U21 NT. He resigned as the India coach as he became the coach of Netherlands. I think he has been the Netherlands coach for at least 5 years now. He's been doing great work with the Netherlands team.
Honestly I don't recall us qualifying for the U21 world cup. In those days I wasn't very active in sokker for long periods, though I managed to keep my team alive. We had a lot of great juniors then as well because there was another very active member called Priyo who was the manager of RKFC. Both our teams were very evenly matched and he used to give me a tough fight. He also had a very good jr. school.
Unfortunately Priyo passed away in 2019 I think. If he was still around, and with the help of Kautuk, I'm sure we could be in the top 50 by now and a regular qualifier for the World Cup.

That was unfortunate. If priyo and a few other active users were around, it would've been more exciting. I'm waiting for the game update when I'll actually be able to compete regularly against real players.

Some players now play in a different position than in previous U21 matches. I’m still looking for the best formation that can produce more in attacks.
Manohari is getting into the start this time, thanks to the progress of the last few weeks (thanks for your training!). Manohari can only be expected to play this season due to his age. Developing the strikers until next season is a big task for me because of Ragunathan and Rantidev. They’re only 19 years old, and the weird thing is we only have one 20-year-old striker right now, Najeeb, who in turn is as strong a midfielder as a striker.

It's a tough group. Indonesia are favourites to top it but the 2nd spot can go to either us or Japan. Japan is a very strong side if you look at their average mark and even compare the value of their forwards with us. They are really good, a simple case in point is that they've managed to score 11 goals in their last 3 games but have also conceded 7. So it's a clear indication of aggressive gameplay. They also got past Algeria 3-2, a team we lost against in the 3rd week of this season.
A draw against Indonesia, and a win against both UAE and Japan is the only way we can go to the next stage. If by the end of the group stage, we are on the same points as Japan, I think they might get past us on GD so getting ahead of them on points is the only option that we have from what I can see right now.
We got 3rd place in the previous Asian Cup but we had stronger forwards then, to get the results. This time around, our spearpoint isn't as sharp (even though we are better seeded) so even getting to the next stage can be a good achievement.

Indonesia will be tough but I'm sure we can overcome Japan.
New Zealand is the next opponent. Their captain wants to play a U20 match and I agreed to that. But 1 older player has to play anyway, he will be Lavanya. Unfortunately, we have no other goalkeeper but this one. It will be a serious problem next season that we don’t have a goalkeeper coached by a goalkeeper coach. Unfortunately, Meyappan went to the wrong place. When bought him new owner promised to coach goalkeepers, but he didn’t keep that. That’s why I asked him to sell Meyappan then to have a chance to get to a good place - I didn’t get an answer ...
So there will be a U20 match tomorrow because there will be some new players included. The result will be accordingly, I hope we will reach a draw. Najeeb and Satwant will be the two strikers.
The Asian Cup starts next week, but honestly I would have expected a little better organization. We should already know who the first opponent will be, but so far only the division of the groups has been completed. I also don’t understand how the schedule will be if there are 5 teams in one of the groups. I think 16 teams should have been invited.

Good chance for Satwant to get ready for his new responsibility next season onwards lol. He is currently better than Ragunathan as a striker so at the current stage, he and Najeeb will be the 1st choice next season I'm sure. Satwant is the kind of player who has stepped up and played when our team had places to fill with no other good player available and he has always done it the best he can. In the last Asian Cup, there was always some or the other mid that was getting injured and an 18y old Satwant, fresh out of junior school always gave his best in each game of the Asian Cup. It's another thing that now he is one of our best mids but he might have to play as a forward for the team.

Yeah, I too am surprised to see 5 teams in 1 group. Maybe that's a mistake, I'm not sure. Anyway, it looks like top 3 teams go to the next round and the best 4th team from all the 5 groups will get the remaining spot in the knockout.

Seeing today’s game, my idea struck me that Satwant could do more for U21 as a striker. I consulted his owner, Bonanza and I'm going to buy Satwant. Starting next week, I’ll be switching to goal-scoring practice, so Satwant will be trained as a striker for next season.
I liked the 2nd half of today’s match, and especially the period when substitutions took on the field: Varati and the new midfielder hope, Suresh. At the end of the match, we kept the ball in the opponent’s half for a long time, but unfortunately the shots avoided the goal this time. Our biggest opportunity came in the 72nd minute when Satwant and Najeeb both led the ball into the goal, but failed to score from this great situation either.

I thought we put up a good fight against New Zealand.
Especially considering their average mark was about +5 and all skill levels were also higher.
Also, the fact that we had 9 shots on goal vs their 3 means we were tactically much better.
If we only had 1 great ATT we could have even won the match.

We were unlucky to lose this game but it happens, the more important part was we played better than them even though we were quite weaker than them if we look at the average mark. After the game, I actually thought there would just have been a difference of 1 or 2 in so didn't expect this huge gap.
I was really really impressed with Satwant and I fully subscribe to @Attila's idea of training Satwant as a forward. His very high pace coupled with high tech meant he was a big threat for the Kiwi defenders and they were just lucky that we didn't score a goal. In fact, Satwant today played better than Shilpa and Manohari, our two regular strikers so yes, let's I'm completely in with the idea of him playing as a forward. We have plenty of mid options now, so there are no problems in the midfield, I really loved the combination of Suresh, Varati and Rantidev, our midfield pillars for the next 2-3 seasons. That run by Suresh in the dying minutes was insane and I really thought we might equalize then.

Yes.

Will be interesting to see Satwant and Najeeb combo and the 3rd striker if any that comes out.
Debut today:
Biju Suresh
Manjit Pavan
From their team, Reeves with his runs on the flanks coupled with perfect crosses and Sumner (who provided the assist) were really good.
