Although there are more difficult matches left until the end of the series, it is so good to look at the current standings in the standings.

Maybe never had such a strong India U21 national team, and that’s why I thank all my helpers who coach the players. It is likely that today’s average rating is at a record high (49,8). The other remarkable number is our shot at 28 goals - although the 2 goals are not a good ratio, but the most important is to get 3 points.

Switzerland is coming next week ... Arora is injured today unfortunately, but Lath will be a good substitute. There will be no change in the other posts.

Yes, I think this is the strongest Indian side that I've ever seen and the funny thing is that at the start of the season, I was considering this side as just better than mediocre particularly because last season we lost some great attackers (Satwant and Rantidev) and great mids (Surnilla, Suresh, Pavan, Varati, etc). However, this side is continuing to surprise us with its coordination against strong teams and dominance against weaker teams. Today's scoreline should have been something like 5-0 since we lost so many chances, especially Engineer. Lath just outplayed Engineer today with those 2 long rangers, I hope he becomes a like for like replacement for Arora in the next 1-2 games and with today's game, he certainly looks like it.

Unfortunately, no miracles have been done in the last 2 matches. The match engine this time asserted the superiority of the stronger teams. I’m sad about this because it was a promising generation this season. Next season doesn’t promise to be that strong, and we’re expected to be in the now 19-year-olds to take part in the invitational tournaments.

After reading that previous captain Przemo is leaving the team, I decided to apply to lead India’s senior national team.

I hope that with my results at U21 I was able to prove that I would have the senior team in good hands. If you are honored, I would be very happy to work with the Indian national team. There will be several players on the national team with whom I have already played in U21, I look forward to the new challenge.

I would have preferred you to continue for U21 but if that's what you desire, you have our full support :) Our season by season performance has just been improving and the incoming new coach will definitely have a better team than you found it initially.

I’m sorry I ended up with such a big defeat with the U21 team. I tried to play a tactic based on high possession and I expected the very strong opponent to play winger. Until the 23rd minute, possession went well in midfield. After that, however, the goalkeeper performed very poorly compared to himself, almost every shot scored unfortunately.

I wish Eguaro a successful season.
