30 juniors will be coming out this season, I've combined the juniors from Lagends FC and my club only since I don't have data for other clubs. These are the approx counts for each age group.
16y - 5
17y - 10
18y - 10
19y - 4
20y - 1
Players to look out for by week (n=14):
Stanley Manohari 20 incredible outfield 2 Pune FC
Sylvester Ragunathan 18 excellent outfield 4 Lagends FC
Tarif Urjavaha 18 formidable outfield 5 Lagends FC
Biju Saini 17 solid outfield 6 Pune FC
Manjit Pavan 18 very good outfield 7 Pune FC
Pratik Yashodhan 17 formidable outfield 7 Lagends FC
Savio Sreekanthan 19 formidable outfield 10 Lagends FC
Amandeep Pavan 16 adequate outfield 10 Pune FC
Abhijit Pawan 17 solid outfield 11 Pune FC
Ratan Ajatashatru 17 good outfield 11 Lagends FC
Ramesh Ujesh 17 excellent outfield 12 Pune FC
Sarabjith Meyappan 19 outstanding GK 12 Pune FC
Mahesh Pavi 17 solid outfield 13 Pune FC
Vikrant Sawant 17 solid outfield 15 Pune FC
So ~50% of the original 30 players are the ones that we can really look forward to this season. Among them again, if we distribute by age groups we have:
16y - 1
17y - 7
18y - 3
19y - 2
20y - 1
Again, half of them will be 17y olds which means that they may take a season or two to get games for NT. Which means we have 6 juniors who are 18y or older who may have higher chances of filling in slots for emergency purposes this season. Juniors from other clubs like Stevens, Aguardilho, New Gunner will be a welcome bonus.

We have to win today.
The goalkeeper will be Lavanya, he will be in the national team for the first time.
I hope our tactics will work well and we can score goals. The planned substitutions will be due to fitness issues. It’s a bit risky to make all 3 substitutions, but we have several low-strength players.

A bit surprised to see Satwant coming in to replace Sundaramoorthy but I guess you are looking at Satwant as a long term player and hoping to give him as much training as possible. Let's just hope we take the lead before the 70th minute with Sunda still there.
Satwant is the 4th best striker based on the skills of the national team.
We have to win today, which is why I don't consider extra training the most important this time.

We managed to reach the goal, but it was a harder match than expected. In the 5th minute, the red card was a big drawback, so our offensive play was largely weakened. Unfortunately, due to the red card in the next match, our best striker cannot play. Our goalkeeper and defenders will have a much bigger task ahead of them next week against Belgium.
Did you see today's match? What do you think about it?

a really good match. congratulations for the 1-3 (hey I guessed the score ;)
I loved the way Sukusma and Anees played but all the team had a good day.
I'm sorry for Sunda's red card, but the team seemed not to suffer about it.
Belgium will be an hard test for defence, be prepared to suffer and strike back!

We were quickly off the mark there getting a goal in the 2nd minute itself, which are really good signs for the rest of the season. Yes, we lost our main striker in the 5th minute but inspite of that we still managed to score 3 goals with Suksma, Anees and Shilpa being the goalscorers. And even though we were down to 10 men, we still pretty much dominated them throughout. Their defenders looked under the pump as they were continuously fumbling the ball and we made full use of those opportunities with the quick runs of Suksma. But still on 3 occasions, we didn't score the goal in a one-on-one situation with the goalie, 2 with Suksma and 1 with Shilpa. In the 69th minute, the pressure of trailing got to them and they too got a red card which we duly converted, Shilpa being the scorer. Even with Sunda gone, Anees, Nikhil and Suksma were combining really nicely, Nikhil still seems to be indecisive for too long but his passes into the boxes are really good, they more than make up for his indecisiveness. Gambhir still is the weak link in our mid and Rochan very rarely got the ball to show off his pace. Coming to defenders, we don't need to talk much about Zev, Munusamy but I'm really pleased with the way Chiba is performing. He also played really well against Armenia in the game we lost so these are good signs. If not for a blinder from their forward Salimi, this would have been 3-0. Their average mark was also really high for their rank actually, in fact it was better than us so this win is even more sweeter. It also means that other teams won't just roll over them in the next games.
Overall, great start to the season.

Hopefully that will change in a few seasons with Kautuk, Carvalho & I .
I'm sure regarding this. Thank you all for training U21 players.
We are definitely at the bottom currently (in terms of value/avg mark) but I'm sure in a few seasons, our squad will be much better. At the end of the day, we just need 11-15 good players, that's all.
