We are definitely at the bottom currently (in terms of value/avg mark) but I'm sure in a few seasons, our squad will be much better. At the end of the day, we just need 11-15 good players, that's all.

Will add Stevens to that list as well. He already has experience of training Tilak and now has Murugappa in his team who is part of NT.

Today we play with 1 striker. This is partly due to the red card of our best striker last week. On the other hand, cautious tactics are needed against Belgium because the opponent is significantly stronger. My hope today is that we will have goal scoring opportunity too, and my biggest hope is a goal scored. The defense plays in the usual line-up, and in midfield this time there will be Satwant on the field all the way, in a secondary offensive role.

What can I say? I'm a little angry. Because this result is unrealistic. In my opinion, we played very well. Statistics show that Belgium is a much better team.

But still I think we should have scored 1 point... Unfortunately, the scoring failed, but we scored 1 goal and overall the team provided the maximum possible.

I am curious about your opinions.

Despite a close loss, really amazing fight shown by the team. We were in it till the 80th minute but we couldn't hold on till the end. Playing Satwant as an offensive mid did wonders and I saw a long ranger goal after a very long time. Satwant has just grown so much as a player since he came into the team during the U21 Asian Cup when many of our mids were either injured or red carded. Lavanya with this performance has really made it easy for us to choose between him and Chohan, he really did a wonderful job, made so many saves. Anees was threatening with his through balls and created many opportunities for us. I'm really happy to say that Belgium were lucky that they escaped with a win, we were close on so many occasions if not for the ball hitting the post twice. Our 7 shots vs their 12 shots doesn't look bad at all if we compare the average marks. Plenty of positives despite the defeat against 24th ranked Belgium. My individual marks on a scale of 1-10.

Certain players due to their high skills will almost always receive good marks, players like Zev for example.

Algeria gave a tough one to Dominican Republic, stats indicate they were toe to toe which means we played better than them against Algeria.

Overall our tactics were good and we gave them a run for their money.
Yes we deserved a point but that's just how the game goes. The last 10 minutes were all about Belgium, we hardly spent any time in their half.
I think if the average skills of our players, like technique, playmaking and stamina were even 1 level higher, we could have definitely had a draw. They won more tackles and their passing was faster.
I liked the high line we played that got them a lot of offsides. I think that helped a lot.

Overall a good show with 7 shots and almost a point. Chin up, we'll get them next time.

I think the match was good and tactics brave and well drawn.
Congratulation for the idea of Satwant ... he scored and played well . .. a very good intuition here. Shilpa too deserves to play... you have a good chance to play with them together waiting for Sunda.
A bit surprised by Sukusma out in the end, he can always find the way... in my opinion always on the field ;)
Belgium won in the end probably because of our low level of stamina.
A closest tactics in the end could help in my opinion against higher ranked teams.

There are several problems. Low stamina. Few players (more important players also play in worse form). Improper training (eg Lavanya will NOT receive goalkeeper training). Unfortunately, this is a longer process before we find more helpers to train players for U21 in a targeted manner. Basically, I’m happy with the game shown because I always rate it against our particular capabilities. The huge positive is that here, although there are few users, you are active. Thank you.

Stamina may have been one of the reasons Belgium won. I don't want to play with a more closed tactic, because then we would completely give up the chance to score. The offside trap worked pretty well, although we got the first goal because a long pass made the striker faster and so there was a big goal chance by this reason. The wing defenders are slightly weaker than the 2 center defenders. This is also a disadvantage. But I will say, despite the handicap, our team was completely on par.

Good to see Sunda back after the injury.

I think we played better than them today, we definitely had more convincing chances even though they were few. Their average mark in the last 2 games was around the 45 mark, in this one it was the same as us so they might have rested a few of their players but since the drop wasn't huge it was still closer to their main team. They played well, we played well, a draw seems like a fair result. This also means that we are now consistently battling strongly with the teams that are higher ranked than us.

The result was basically good, the game was good too, but I was much happier with the previous week’s production. In today’s match, El Salvador let our attackers in front of the goal only a few times. Interestingly, we had more chances to score against the much stronger Belgium. I hope we get some ranking points and move up the rankings step by step.

This will be our Team against Hellas. We have only a little chance but we never give up we will fight as we can. Hellas is one of the best U21 team (8th ranking) with very strong players. But I believe in wonder :)
