Subject: Tabs on Indian NT and general players

Which players do you think have potential to be similar to current crop of Indian NT? I'm not only talking about this season, but for all seasons that I have listed. Even if they don't have potential, since we don't have any options, we'll have to utilize them.

I have compiled a list of players aged 22-26 who have the potential to play in the first squad:
26 - Subbarayan ATT , Uttara DEF
25 - Sivasubramaniam DEF/MID
24 - Chandramouli GK
23 - Sundaramoorthy ATT, Zev DEF
22 - Lavanya GK, Munusamy DEF

You can see that there will be a shortage of midfielders again.

It is difficult to say who of the current 21-year-olds will be included in the team. They are on a similar level and a lot depends on talent.

For midfielders, you can keep a look out on:
Lanel Naini
Hardip Anees
Nikhil Nikhil
Sarabjith Suksma (played as forward in U21 but also had decent mid skills)

In defenders, you may have missed:
Ajayan Nachik
Akbar Lanka

From this season, we have very good mids in the form of Mark Varati and Savio Sreekanthan. Tejas Satwant and Raman Najeeb who played as forwards also have good mid attributes.

I know all these players, but their potential is too low to play at a good level. Only those under the age of 21 can still develop decently. In their case, it all depends on talent.

In the seasons tracked till now, Yashodhan (61) is the player with highest number of games in the youth team. Zev (55) and Tejas Satwant (50) are the next players.

I have already started collecting the skills of NT members. Based on that, I see that Yashodhan is close to be among best defenders soon and to take the field in the NT. Maybe this moment could come at the end of this new season. I think this is very rare in the career of a 22 year old player!

Yes, since he is so good, I plan to improve his mid skills as well.
