I will say yes, he is a great player. He started for the national team at a very young age and has always played at the highest level for many years. I don't remember playing any weaker match. I can say he's one of the best defenders I've ever seen in this game. And I've seen a lot of matches.

Do you think Nikhil has a chance for NT? I'm skeptical.

My 1st message in this thread is that of Lanel Naini. He looked NT level but has unfortunately not been given the right training. That's why it's important for us to track players even after U21.

I think Nikhil has no chance to NT. He was the best midfielder in my first season in U21. I have his skills in January 2021:

He has received playmaker and pace trainings in the last 4 seasons, but I think he has not had adequate development on his current team. Unfortunately, he hasn't played a match at all in the last 7 weeks :(
I’m thinking about buying Nikhil (he could be good for midfield in my club), but I don’t think a national team player could be trained out of him.

Yes he was a great talent in the U21 team.
Now he won't make it to the NT.
