It will be an honor for me to be your u21 coach.
I’ve been playing sokker since 2005 and just return two years ago, recently, three seasons ago I was UAE coach, and gain a lot of ranking points (climbed ranking from place 94 to 78-80) did two great seasons. Before that, in my first time playing Sokker I was Also the coach of Colombia NT (14 years ago).

Main goals:
-keep an updated database of young players.
-Promote with the community paletera to train. Mainly in India, Colombia and World forum.
-discuss objectives and tactics with local community.
-gain ranking positions.

Im also member of a big community that could help us with training, scouting and watching some of rivals tactics.

This week wi will begin against Jamaica, ranked 67 for now and the week after that against Cymru, ranked 74.

Still looking for matches in week 5,6,7 and looking to arrange them u20 style.

We have separated week8 to week 13 for Asian cup, and haven’t decided yet to participate in the mini World Cup because of the u20 players we have, and have only begun to know them.

I’m beginning to clear the association so we could discuss topics more privately about players and tactics. Will some people participate in it?

I wish I could get any help from the previous captain, but he didn't answer anything, neither here nor on SK-mail. So I still lack the skills of 11 players, including the 2 best (?) Strikers.

I will try to get them updated, if not, we should see as a team if we keep them in our NT. Let’s wait until that to see what is the best for us, we need people involve in our project to actually do the project.

I already have 150 players in our new database, will be updating it and add them to what Attila shared with me. I´m sorry if I sent many skmails to you, but is just a tool I have so if anyone has more than one player up to 21 yo, will get more than one skmail.

Lets see if their trainers do update them to keep them in our NT, for now just put the flag to avoid being sack.

Until now I have been able to update 11 players, not all of them are NT but we will still keep doing hard scouting work. Please let me know if you see any new player around. I´ll appreciate if India users could send me by skmail their Junior School prospects to keep an eye on them.

Tomorrow I´ll be posting our expectation of our next match against Jamaica in the Forum of the Association, so if anyone would like to join it, write me a sk mail. After the match we will post in this topic.

P.D: I have to let you know that I will probably be without Internet in the next 36 hours because a tropical storm is going trought my city (Cartagena - Colombia) in about 4 hours and dont know if we will have energy or Internet.

Among the Indian users, we could still invite Stevenscpr, but I found that he is unfortunately not active recently.

@Eguaro, if you think, we can now use the India Associaton Forum. We can even publish the lineup planned for the next match there. I put together the planned team today, I will post it soon.

Yes, for matches, tactics, and players, I think is better. But we should keep using this one to maintain some movement around.
