Subject: NT U21 EGUARO
We almost finish our season, and of course if you want to, I´ll keep as your U21 coach if you agree. For now we should make a review of how this season was.
The objectives for this season were:
-keep an updated database of young players.
-Promote with the community players to train. Mainly in India, Colombia and World forum.
-Discuss objectives and tactics with local community.
-Gain ranking positions.

I shared recently for all of you in the association forum the database I´ve been working with, that is weekly updated. We found some new players to train. Of course, this database belongs to you, so even if I dont get the elections I will share with you again at the end of the season, and if I do, also will shared to keep you updated.
Promote with the community players to train. Mainly in India, Colombia and World forum.
We have already some players trained in Colombia, and whenever an important players was on TL, you could check that always we had a colombian user offering for him. Sadly because of the market prices, not all of them could be reached by a known users, with who I could get first information about the improvements of his skills. Also, with some help of different users, we could save some players from bot teams.

This is a key fact for the community to understand why are some players linedup and also the tactics used, wich varies depending on the rival and players available. This was something made weekly with you, hope you understood me.
Gain ranking positions.
I know we didn´t finish good, I did not perform well with the ranking points. But for this we should also see how we did with our matches. So far we have played 11 games this season, wining 7, drawing 1 and loosing 3, with 20 goals scored and 6 goals against for a diference of goals of +14. Unlucky for us, we lost the game with Malasya for the semifinals of the asian cup and the third place with O‘zbekiston. The most important victory I could say was against Israel and the worst lost against Malaysia. Although we win 7 games and made the 64% of available points (if we use 3 pts for win, and 1 pt for a draw), we lost ranking points maybe for not choosing the right rivals, we should have play against stronger countries, but they weren´t avaiblable.
What is next to come? and what should we do?
We need to keep the hard work made so far, working all as one to train our young players, project them to be part of a strong senior NT. But this is not just training the best ones, there are other important players that might not seem that important now, but if we train them good they could be an adecuate replacement when an important player misses a match for injuries or cards. We should wait for the world cup qualifiers, to see what group we will be part of and hope for the best. Something I´ve learn is that there is not an imposible match to win, so until the last game we will always try to win no matter who is the rival.
For now I have 3 players with advanced training, and could make room for 2 more if there is an oportunity to get other player.

I know there has been some upside downs, but Im confident we could get something good next season. I’ll give my season report soon, so that you could take a more reasonable decision with some facts.

Yes, of course! I will like to continue, we have big plans for u21 NT. I´ve been with you for almost a year, and this 4 seasons have been incredible for me.
