Dear community, warm greetings. As you well know, we have been diligently working with the U21 selection, and we want to continue with the management we have undertaken. In these recent qualifiers, unfortunately, we did not manage to qualify for the World Cup, but we were in contention until the last match, where we needed a win but couldn't achieve it. Additionally, we only conceded goals in three official matches. The focus for the upcoming season will be on stabilizing the midfield; currently, we have only three players who are not ideal for our team, but with monitoring the young players in development, we aim to have a stronger squad in the next qualifiers.

Personally, I feel that we have made significant progress and demonstrated that we can compete. However, to continue advancing, we need to work together with the support of everyone and users from other countries so that we can position ourselves better. Rest assured of my ongoing support and effort to keep growing, and I hope to have your vote of confidence.

Finally, I want to mention that my participation in this forum is not as frequent. I share player updates and tactics in the federation forum, but I understand that the lack of a plus feature makes it challenging to reach a wider audience. I will make an effort to contribute more to this forum to maintain better communication with everyone.

Dear community, warm greetings. As we step into season 26 of the qualifiers, our journey continues with a focus on growth and resilience. Our group this season includes formidable opponents: Argentina (ranked 13th), Lithuania (ranked 19th), Russia (ranked 40th), China (ranked 70th), and Belarus (ranked 87th). Our aim is to secure at least 12 points and push for a strong showing.

As you well know, our dedication to the U21 selection is unwavering, and we are committed to the strategic path we have set. Despite not qualifying for the World Cup in the recent qualifiers and facing challenges up until the last match, our team showed tenacity. We conceded goals in only three official matches, highlighting our defensive strengths. However, the absence of key players affected us last season, a situation we recognize as transitory.

Good luck! You have my vote. This is a long term program, so be prepared for a long haul. We can't improve unless we have a bigger pool of players that get trained to the highest level.

Thanks for your vote. I wont stop until we get a nice group of players and someday make it to the world cup, last qualifyiers we were close, this time we still have to work a lot with our players and trainings. Is good to know that your are willing to contribute with training, and for sure that will make the difference in short term.

Hi again! It has been a while. As you know, this last season was a tough one, with lack of players in the mid and only one decent striker u20 it made it very hard. Of course if you want I could keep helping to consolidate a nice u21 and keep trying as we did seasons back.

Dear Indian Sokker Community,

It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter to you all. After several seasons as the coach of the U21 team, the time has come for me to bid farewell. This decision has not been an easy one, as my time with the Indian community has been nothing short of remarkable.

Throughout my tenure, I have had the privilege of getting to know an incredibly supportive and passionate community. Together, we have shared many wonderful moments, celebrated victories, and learned from our defeats. Our journey has been filled with both joy and challenges, and I am grateful for every experience and every interaction we have had.

As I step down, I am planning to focus on an opportunity in my home country. I believe that now is the right time to explore new possibilities and contribute to the growth back home. However, this is not a final goodbye. My intention is to return in 3 to 5 seasons, if you would welcome me back. The bond we have formed is strong, and I am hopeful for a future where we can continue our journey together.

Until then, I will remain in touch with all of you, cheering for India from afar and hoping for the best for the team and the community. Your spirit and dedication have left a lasting impression on me, and I carry those memories with me as I embark on this new chapter.

I would love to takeover as coach, and after your seasons in charge i know the bar is high! but ive had a few NT jobs and am looking to get back into another national post. I totally understand if you would prefer a more experience candidate but worth putting my name in i guess :)
