Hello everyone, Just bring here a topic that was opened in my home country and I really like it, so I would like to share it with you.
We would like to remind you of this new tool so you can see the potential of the players in the academy.

Enter your user data and SK login. In addition to the information seen on SK, the tool shows you:
The quality of the academy players from A (the best) to D.
The estimated talent (from 3, which is the best, to 5...). Here you can click on the talent number to see more details.
The accuracy of the estimate.
With these numbers, it becomes easier to make decisions about the school!!!
You can keep the talented ones who are not at the highest level or eliminate those who definitely would not make it, for example.

I have 3 As and 6Bs. rest C & Ds. Take away for me is to fire Ds with high accuracy %.
I will check again next season. For my team, there will be a bit of under-estimation - for players who have been in the team for some time, as i have been improving coach's level over the last few seasons.

My bad 3As and 4Bs :) Importantly the accuracy % of 5 of them is very low, so can't rely on this info.
