Hello everyone,
I would like to know whether i should start with focusing on stadium or developing my team... since I'm losing 400k per week developing my team and youth (12 schools)....
Which is the best option? And is there any good tips to create a stable financial health of the club?

Hello Pep, welcome to the forum! I'm glad you've decided to drop by and ask. Regarding the stadium, I recommend leaving it untouched for now until you stabilize your finances. Mainly because many teams go bankrupt at the beginning by trying to achieve everything without first going through important stages of growth. If you want us to help you, you can share information about your expenses on player wages and coaching staff salaries, as well as the skills of your coaches.
Keeping the academy open is important because you can start training your promising talents, or sell young players to make a profit because Indian players are scarce and priced above normal. You can also buy younger players from other countries at a cheaper price. There are many ways to achieve results, but don't expect them in two weeks. I recommend thinking about 1-2 seasons, and soon enough you'll likely have one of the top 5 teams in the country.

Hi Pep, Welcome, first recommendation, dont buy players that you cannot maintain your salary, focus on training young people even if they are not so good at the beginning for the growth of your economy, you can train a maximum of 10 players, I would recommend goalkeepers that would be the easiest to training, secondly defenses, additionally having a coach that allows you to cover these 2 positions, if you have new players that were given to you with the team you could train them too and you dont spend buying in the market, in the same way if it is necessary to know what you I asked Eguaro to give you better instructions with your economy.

Hi Pep,

I am fairly new myself, these are a few things that worked for me.

1. On the Sokker International Forum - read the thread "How to get started with Sokker tutorial". There are others as well. Take a week or two to read through threads on what to do when you start out or the first 2 weeks etc.
2. While you figure things out, place your team's training on stamina. Most of your players will likely have bad stamina.
3. If you have a semi-decent team, you will keep winning in your league. So no need to buy to upgrade your team. Focus on young players (16,17, maybe 18 yo) and set up a training program. Get semi-decent coaches, and keep upgrading over the seasons.
4. I started my junior squad early (maybe 2nd or 3rd season). On hindsight, i could have waited a bit longer.
5. Keep asking questions on forums. There are a lot of friendly folks.

Finally, don't try to conquer the world on day 1/week 1 or even month 1. :) Its a marathon.

Hope this helps - coming from a semi-newbie.
Cheers

Hi Pep,
Welcome to sokker. I'm glad you decided to ask on the forum. Please keep doing so. Do you have anymore friends playing sokker? Also can I ask how did you find out about sokker since it's not so well known in India?

You seem to be the only active manager in your league. So you will probably win the legue with your current team.
Keeping that in mind, do not expand your stadium just yet. If you see your stadium going full for 3 consecutive home matches, then you can consider increasing the capacity. Please ask us again before increasing capacity.

You can trim your team down to about 17 players. If you share all the skills of your players, we can tell you whom to keep and whom to sack. I suggest you should have a great GK and ATT first. You need to try and win max. matches without spending too much on players.
In my opinion, you should buy players with low pace but higher skills in defending, passing, striker & keeping. That way you can train them all in pace. You can get an outstanding or incredible head coach that has unearthly pace. This would be the most cost effective way to build up a young strong team without spending too much. Please share the skills of all your current coaches also.

I suggest you get you main team in order 1st before training juniors. Unless you have atleast a brilliant junior coach, I don't see the point of training juniors. You'lll just be wasting money.
Spend the rest of this season sorting out your main team. After you get the season end bonus we can discuss starting a junior team depending on what your finances look like.

I also have a few young players that are not good enough for my team and are filling in as subs. They might be great for you. So please share your current team and trainers and we'll guide you.
